The Staff Is very friendly and willing to help From The Manager ( Who went out of his way to help me); to the Cashier who was very patient with helping me understand how to use my CVS card.. Thank You All. I must mention The Pharmacy,They treat you with the utmost respect & courtesy.Not like The Walgreens on 66". I watched them talk to us all like we where all stupid!!!.I believe her name was Rebecca? Something near. Very condescending!!! Maybe she was just having a bad day. But Now I prefer CVS!!!!Thank You ALL.

I was so upset with this CVS my sister has lung cancer and could not get her breathing medication for over a week. Something about codes so I went down there to see why. While standing there I saw the pharmacy staff being yelled at from frustrated patients phones ringing off the hook people lined up for vaccines. I’m a Director in the medical field so I watched how the Pharmacist, Kishore, handled the stress level for his staff and kept filling hundreds of scripts. He was amazing and supported his staff telling them over and over how well they were doing and they were! It actually made me cry his demeanor was both busy and calm. I had a new understanding. Corporate is loading more and more on them they are taking on way to many employees insurance companies and not staffing up their stores. Kishore took the time to help me obtain my sisters much needed medication. I will never forget this empathic man, God bless you sir. CVS please take care of your over worked employees. If you want all the business, then make sure the patients, yes patience, not customers as you are an extension of our medical care, take care of them and us of by providing more staff.

My CVS, here in Kingman, AZ, is always clean and organized. The staff is very caring, kind, helpful and friendly! Thank you for a nice experience with every visit!

Hardworking and helpful staff. They go above and beyond even though they always seem short staffed. If I worked there I'd be too tired and worn out to be as caring as most of their staff is. If there is a way 5o help someone they'll find it.

I'm reading through these reviews and TBH I cannot find merit in any of them.. I've been to this pharmacy for all my scripts, controlled and not, and though like any pharmacy they follow the rules with controlled the way they have to, they are otherwise pretty awesome as far as CVS pharmacies go. The main pharmacist, Kish, remembered me after a single trip, name, medication and all. He is really good and the rest of the staff moves fast. They are always super busy so that's going to create a hectic atmosphere anywhere you go but there's a reason they ate always busy... Because they're good at what they do. So to all the negative reviewers, if you don't lime following the rules they are governed by, go somewhere else. It will help the rest of us out in not having to wait for you to sort out your messes. Thanks for reading. Remeber to be fair and understanding and not just impatient and rude. These people make the world go round, give credit where credit is due.

The employees at this CVS pharmacy are amazing. I was traveling across the country and forgot an important medication. They were able to work with me through several dropped calls due to my poor cell service, transfer the prescription, and have it ready for me quickly. Highly recommend!

Simply the best pharmacy that you will find due to the exceptional staff that work there. They have always went above and beyond for myself and my grandmother. I recently moved and tried the Smiths Pharmacy In Fort Mohave. Big mistake. From this point on we will travel the 50 miles back to Kingman. If you want excellent customer service, this Is the place.

CVS has mostly what I need, I really love the body fantasies they stock. Really wonderful smells that last half a day. Remember, it does stay on your clothes longer. The employees are there when I have questions.

The ladies in the pharmacy are AMAZING! As a cash patient, they took the time to find coupons and help bring my total from over $1,000 to $850!!!! Beyond appreciated!!!
