Manny and Cecilia ARE AMAZING! Sometimes I wish my phone would break just so we can go up there and see them. They're friendly, they're knowledgeable, bilingual and just plain awesome. I couldn't possibly say enough good things about them. Even if the service itself sucked, I'd still keep it for them.... but it's great service too! I'm bringing up two more family members to join on our plan.

Cricket recently lost one of its towers, resulting in 3G phones no longer being able to send/receive calls. The two young ladies working tonight (Yesenia and Jasmine? im so sorry if i forgot your names already, its only been a few hours T.T ) were positively amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and even stayed after closing to let my phone finish transferring to the new upgrade I got.

Add on top of that the inexpensive service and great quality, and I LOVE this location. Hats off to you guys!

Wonderful experience as usual. Guided by a true professional whom was able to refer me to a great alternative selection since they no longer had the phone I orginaly wanted in stock. To be honest I'm glad they didn't.... The phone I ended up purchasing seemed to be far superior that the other one. THANK YOU CRICKET!

Have yet to be disappointed with Cricket. The employees are helpful and I get the service I want. I also have the app which has never been a problem for me. I do auto pay and I don't have to worry about my bill.

My phone froze and I panicked because I had no idea how to fix it. I drove straight to the Cricket store and Yeimy helped me and my stress was gone in a minute! I really appreciate her!

When arriving to this store the first thing I noticed was how clean it was and how easy it was to find what I was looking for. The staff was also awesome. We spoke with Joshua who was very personable and informative. Will definitely keep choosing them for our cellphone needs.

The customer service manager Joshua is an amazing person also! Always on their A+ game!!

However, the company itself is fraudulent and extremely disappointing. They attack loyal employees, withhold their pay, falsify document's against the employee when they leave the company and all to save the company from having to pay out what is owed to the employees!

This has happened to two people I know who've worked for cricket, one in Texas and now here in Arizona.

As far as I am concerned, cricket is one big fat fraudulent disappointment in what was built into a great company by someone who busted their backside to make a wonderful name for someone who is too selfish to be true to their word!

You do NOT treat family like this, no matter what! If you say you're employees are your family, you stand by your original word that you will take care of each other, not betray a person's trust and loyalty!!!!!!

Had some trouble with my phone. Kashia made sure I was taken care of, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I'm paying less than half of what I did with other carriers for the same service. Great staff, great store, great service.
