Camille has to be one of the most patient, caring, and understanding employee that I have ever seen!! She was such a big help for my sister and I. We needed 500 copies and she was more than willing to help us and our situation. We are never going to forget her and how much that meant to us! She deserves a great bonus!!!

Super helpful and friendly staff that doesn't give off the "you're bothering us" vibe I've seen at some other office stores. Karen in the print department has an incredible gift for customer service and will make sure you get taken care of as a client. We will keep coming back!

Have been trying to find a place to make copies of large prints for a while 36x50. No one could help.
Walked into Staples (Kingman) this afternoon and not only they could make a copy of my prints, but they made them in color, while I was waiting for them, and very reasonable price. Super friendly staff. great store!

Everyone was so helpful when my printing order errored. Tiffany especially, in the printing department was so helpful and wanted to make sure my order was correct and I was happy. She spent a lot of time getting it right for me and never once was rude. She has exceptional customer service which seems to be rare these days. And also a huge thank you to the manager of the store as well, I didn’t catch her name she was great and helpful also and really made sure the mess up was taken care of! Thank you everyone!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The items are more pricey than other stores such as Walmart or Target, but the quality is much better also.

I went in to buy a new laptop. Robert helped me and told me it would have to be ordered and then he would get it all set up. They transferred my data to the new laptop but it went to the cloud so would not open. Took it back in today and Robert was there. He is going to Re transfer the data so I can open it in my one drive like before. He has gone above & beyond to help me with all my computer stuff. Heat guy to work with.

I was at the Staples today trying to get some printouts. I was approached by a very friendly cordial employee Niklas. Nick showed me where I could take the print out but, later found out the machine was not working. Nick immediately help me and to care the printouts with not much wait. Niklas is a 10/10 in customer service!

Great place for all your office needs. Printing and copy department is wonderful. Didnt have a computer repair but did a check up on mine and got the results I'd been looking for. Great customer service. Every one is a great help, friendly, very efficient and knowledgeable in all areas. Thank you to all the managers and associates who put up with me. Much love Crystal Holt
