In-N-Out Burger

Staff were really friendly and energetic. Their smiles were honestly so contagious. The double cheeseburger is a must-have, as well as the strawberry milkshake. The fries were a bit dry for my liking but still a nice addition to the other menu items. An employee came to our table during our visit to ask if we were enjoying our food, which isn't something you normally see at a fast food restaurant, and it goes to show their commitment to customer satisfaction. The crew working the evening shift on 12/20/23 were objectively the perfect example of friendliness and cohesiveness.

The food at this In & Out was as good as about all of the other locations I've been to. However, I have noticed that the french fries have changed a little over time. The company must search out the tiniest (likely cheaper) potatoes they can find. There wasn't one fry in the (smaller now) tray that was more than two inches long.
I have also noticed that there is more of a crispness to the fries that wasn't there in the past. This isn't necessarily a bad thing. I have seen other reviews that complained about In & Out's fries not being crisp enough. I suppose that they have tweaked their recipe.
Overall, though In & Out is about the only "fast" food restaurant I ever partake in.
That isn't very often. The closest one to me is 4 hours away, so it's only a vacation eatery.

Even though we drove thru town and stopped here about 12:30pm on a weekday, food & service was top notch while we were here.

During my road trip from Phoenix to Las Vegas, I had the pleasure of stopping by In-N-Out Burger, and it was a delightful experience. One of the first things that stood out was the affordable price of their menu items. It was refreshing to find a place that offered such delicious food at such reasonable prices.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the juicy meat in their burgers. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and the patties were cooked to perfection. It's no wonder In-N-Out Burger has gained such a loyal following.

Cadens customer service is exceptional. He acknowledges the customers as soon as they walk in and was extremely patient with me as I ordered a few complicated items from the secret menu (if you didn’t know about that, now you do… you’re welcome!) it was super busy too both inside and the drive thru and I waited maybe 10 mins. You can tell everyone on shift works well together. 10/10🙌🏽
Plenty of parking (Atleast when I was there) I was in a U-Haul towing a vehicle.

The grub was as expected from a quality hamburger establishment. The help was especially helpful and went above what would normally be expected from a guy in high school who's just trying to earn a dollar or two. I do not have an in-N-out close to home any longer, and my teenage daughters especially enjoy the spread packets. I asked for a few extra to take home to them and make their in-N-out dreams come true. The young man was more than obliged to entreat me to as many as a man could even hope for. It may seem like a small thing, but to me, it meant the world. These guys don't just go about their duties and go home. They love their jobs and show genuine interest in every customers experience. I feel like I want to be a better person after going to this otherwise ordinary buger establishment.

The burgers served here are scrumptious and absolutely divine; the animal fries are a must-try, as is their chocolate shake, which was terrific. The restaurant staff were absolutely wonderful and really nice. Thank you, In-N-Out Burger.

Of course we stopped for the nostalgia but we also stopped for the tasty burgers. This place was packed when we stopped on our way to the Grand Canyon but they were awesome and our cashier, Jack, was super polite and gave some of the best customer service in any establishment. We loved coming here. Highly recommended.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE In-N-Out Burger! My family is not from the West Coast, so we don't get In-N-Out Burger really ever, but when we do, it never disappoints us. We wish we had one closer to home, but we are happy we get to eat their when we get the chance! The food and the service are absolutely incredible!💯 Their French fries always taste perfect as well as the double cheese burgers!! Keep up the great work In-N-Out Burger!👍

Every time I come to one of these restaurants, it's the same, almost perfect.
The only negative was that the place was crowded due to its popularity.
But because the staff work flawlessly the crowd disapates, I make my order, get a table and have my meal.
They don't have this franchise in Australia, so it's still a novelty to a tourist like me every time I have the pleasure of dining here.
Double cheese burgers are the best, topped with fresh fries and a Coke.

Customer service is good. The food was fresh drive through. They were pretty fast and getting the orders and getting the food out .

Busy ln and Out. Cheerful associates. Clean for the number of customers constantly flowing through . The order was correct, a little difficulty trying to order the combo no 1. With an Xlg drink. Would go back as the double cheeseburger 🍔 was absolutely delicious.

I live in Washington, and look forward to getting to have In N Out when ever I visit family. It was a great visit!! Great service, great food, & great atmosphere!! This is not my first time to this specific In N out, I've been here before. I love that I never have to wonder if I'm going to enjoy it or not.... I know!! No matter what In N Out I go into, it's going to be perfection!! And it was!!

Extremely friendly and courteous service. It took a while to get our order but appreciate that it was freshly made. Food was cooked well and tasted great. This is a great location for a nice meal if your driving by Kingman Arizona. Much better than other pricier locations.
