DICK'S Sporting Goods

I have been to this location twice in the past two weeks. Once to shop and the second time to exchange a shirt. Each time my retail expectations were exceeded. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It’s a big store, and I interacted with a number of employees on each occasion. And was acknowledged and helped by each one. Thank you. And I look forward to shopping at your location again.

Consistently good customer service. Always someone at the door to greet you and point you in the direction. I went in with my toddler today and Kobe (shoe department on the second floor) helped me try on a few pair of shoes while connecting with my son. Friendly smile, high fives and super patient. Very knowledgeable with their shoe inventory and helped me evaluate the various options.

We came to this Dick’s today to get the new Project Rock sneakers, and we were not disappointed. We had asked an associate to help us and find shoes but were left unattended, and then George came to help! George was awesome in finding us 2 pairs of shoes, making sure they were the proper fit and right size, very sociable and kind, and he truly made the experience that much better! When George went to the back to find our sneakers, my fiancé turned to me and said that it was people like him who make the trip worth it (since we drove pretty far) because he was just so kind and down to earth in helping us! George told us that there was a survey at the bottom of our receipt and I could not find it nor was the feedback section on the Dick’s website working, but I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!! Thank you George!!

Great experience & customer service, the two employees at the door were a great help Loraine & David w/ ordering a Jersey they didn’t have at their location but another.

Great consistent customer experience. Usually well-stocked, no long wait times to checkout, all the associates are welcoming. Employees seems to like their jobs.

This is the second time visiting this location and I am blown away by how amazing the customer service has been!!! Granted, the selection is vast and given three floors to shop on, one could easily spend hours in this place. However, both times I had a specific product in mind and knew what I wanted. I received help from informative and polite team members that knew products and locations of said products. Then, when at the register, I dealt with a young woman on register 7, her name escapes me at the moment and it was not on the receipt. Anyway, she seemed genuine in her joy of assisting my checkout process, offered me to sign up for a membership loyalty card, (I declined last time) but accepted this time. She had a magnetic personality and was very kind. When there was a dispute over price, Bill (a manager) stepped in to assist and expedited a quick search for the cost and made the necessary change. They thanked me for MY patience, when they were the patient ones who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to expedite my checkout. I know it may not seem like much, but as a former sports authority shopper, Dick's is a giant step up in the quality and caliber of the team they employ! I will remain loyal to this location because of this experience, and continue shopping at Dick's because of these incredible associates. Kudos to the management team for clearly training your people and consistently maintaining a positive environment. ☺

I took an elderly friend to Dick’s for walking shoes and the sales associate, Lismar, was so patient and kind and respectful ! We really appreciated his help and professionalism.

Latisha assisted me in placing a curbside pick up during the quarantine. I wanted a running shoe that was in my price range, my size and ready for pick up today. She helped me sort through the online options by looking at what she had available in store. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and professional. Now I can run outside during these beautiful days! (While still following the quarantine restrictions.)

Need to get their Escalator's cleaned, but other than that, store was immaculate with a lot of great merchandise and deals.

It's a nice big store right here in Buckhead and they've got a pretty good selection of goods. I've had good success finding what I need and I like their check out Lanes set up for covid so that should be some comfort for in-store shopping. It's never very crowded so you don't have to worry about that for sure.

It's my first time going to a sporting shop and I arrived there at close to closing hours and got help for what I was looking for. Even though some of the items I was looking for were not there (because they were out of stock) I still managed to find exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't able to check off a whole list of what I needed, but it was close to it. I had a nice chat with someone at the checkout as I bought my things. (They were paintball equipment for anyone wanting to know)

If I ever get a chance to visit that store again, I'll gladly go!

Great customer service and assistance with selection of items. Golf staff attendant was very helpful and swapped out my putter grip very quickly. Also received really good service in shoe department.
