Ty P (TYJANAE) is the best groomer i’ve ever had for my fur baby! She is so attentive to my baby girl Zuri and she keeps her looking wonderful! She is one of the sweetest groomers in there right along with their wonderful salon Leader Ashley and other co workers Courtney, Toya and Ana! They all love my baby Zuri like she’s one of their babies. I don’t take her to get colored there i take her to Woofgang on the beltline to the sweetest groomer Bre i recommend her for coloring! Overall im very pleased with my service every time i go there i highly recommend any of the groomers i just stated!!

Cam was our guide educating me w a few interesting informations. Which collar to use, the temperament, food, daycare, nail trimming, He’s very helpful professional and friendly.

I’ve been going to this PetSmart since 2010 love this location. My Malitipoo Marley graduated from puppy training there in 2010. Convenient location and big store. Can always find what I go in for.

Came in today to get a Hamster for my daughter. She asked for a Hamster for her 4th Birthday!! Margaret was AWESOME. She helped us out with everything. She was very knowledgeable about the different breeds; a PLUS. Thanks for helping us get Peanut Butter.

Ashley is by far one of the best groomers at the PetSmart Buckhead location. She truly cares for each pet as her own. My family has been taking our dogs to her since 2018. She does a great job as the salon manager. I highly recommend her!

I had an awesome experience here. Bev went above and beyond for us. She was soo sweet she was actually done with work and still helped my stuff to the car. I am so grateful to her.

Amazingly helpful gentleman with five cats in Banfield vet clinic within Petsmart. He really was compassionate and caring, and helped me out of a real pinch a true representative of the brand and general human kindness.

The grooming service has reasonable prices and always get done on time. I use the app to check in and pay, saves me a lot of time.

The Buckhead team, Dr. Hayes, Shakira, Trey and Heather feel like family. They have all embraced my sweet little Happi with love and kindness. I am grateful for this team and the care and concern Dr. Hayes has given Happi, he is an amazing doctor and always made time to explain and answer any questions. I miss my little Happi so much….I thank you all for the thoughtful card and the kind words, it brought tears to my eyes. May Happi watch over all of us. Stay great!

Albany is the sweetest and most caring groomer I’ve met! Louie always looks like a rock star after he’s groomed.

This is a large pet store with anything you need for more common pets. I foster for the Atlanta Humane society (awesome shelter!). so my needs change with each guest. If you sign up they have discounts. Plenty of free Parking.

My baby girl Dakotah loves it there at the buckhead location. The staff is so great wit her. Every time we pull up to the parking lot, my baby girl gets excited…

I LOVE this Pet smart. They are so friendly and personable! My dear Taco and I are always greeted with smiles. Highly recommend the Pets hotel. Their staff will make sure your lil fur baby is well taken care of! Ps, it's cheaper than most daycares around.

Tori T did a wonderful job with my older poodle. She introduced me to Express Grooming, which I am very grateful for. It took 2 hrs instead of 4! ($15.00 add-on). Worth the extra money and my dog looks beautiful. Thank you, Tori!!

The people who work the doggy hotel are the nicest people I have ever met! They get so excited when I bring my dog in and treat her with so much love! I would recommend everyone to the specific petsmart hotel!

The store was very clean and organized. The dogs in daycamp looked so at peace & comfortable. The associate really looked like she cared & gave attention to each one with love!! I use to work there and played with them for 8hrs. They have more equipment for the dogs to feel like their at home now. The new manager over Daycamp was very nice. I wish she could have heard the end to my love story for the dogs but she got an important call. You never know who's behind the review but overall, she was very nice & sweet. They had the cats in their area waiting for adoption in their room. They looked very at home too. I loved how Petsmart ALWAYS showed love for the pets and petparents (even through their adoptions), they had good prices, great stuff always on sale & always taught us to give great customer service...no matter what!

When dealing with a franchise like PetSmart, what really matters is WHO you get...Cyndi, at the Buckhead site, is an oustanding groomer. She expresses love for the critters and handles them with care. Zadie always comes back looking better and happier than when she went in!

I usually get fish and mostly turtle supplies from PetSmart and it's really wonderful that they price match the sale price on their phone app, so I save a good bit of money on everything! This store however was super quick and all of the staff members were in place and ready to help, and I just haven't gotten that service from the other stores around Atlanta lately. I visit all the stores around Atlanta, because what one doesn't have, another will and its usually not that far of a drive, depending on the time. But kudos to the staff here... thanks for your help!
