Excellent, excellent, excellent!! We were in town for a funeral and needed to get funeral programs printed with short notice. The Print and Copy services staff was extremely helpful. They got our programs done quickly and they turned out excellent. Thank you for getting this done!! Another very satisfied customer!!

Deborah was absolutely amazing in printing and copying. At the last minute she printed 100 copies of programs for our non profit organization. She even completed the task faster than what she said she could do. We are forever grateful for Office Depot and there wonderful employees. ❤

Harden Street Office Depot provides excellent customer service and has great values. In stock inventory for both in store or curbside pickup are such a convenience!

Naji (I think I am spelling his name right) is the employee that helped me print some posters to hang up in my room. He was super helpful, kind, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Office depot at this particular location always exceeds my expectations! I visit this store 2-3 times per week and I'm always greeted with a smile and excellent customer service. Naji in the printing department has been a lifesaver. He's super helpful and ALWAYS goes out of his way to make sure my business needs are met. I'm able to have all of my printing needs completed in a timely fashion without any issues. This location in particular in my opinion is the best one in all of Columbia/Lexington and I've visited them all :) Keep up the good work!

Office Depot on Harden St. in Five Points is convenient, and has very nice and helpful workers. Sometimes inventory is too low or out altogether. The employees are the reason I continue to make it my office supply store of choice.

I am surprised this store doesn't have 5 stars! The customer service is phenomenal. It's rare you see employees actually looking like they enjoy working there. Everyone I have encountered had a big smile on their face. Debra, the GM is super friendly. She is ALWAYS willing to go above and beyond for people and she does it with a smile. She seems like one of those managers that really cares about her employees. Their copy and print is top notch and every time I walk in, they inform me about promotions and deals. I live near another office depot but I always come to this one because it looks clean and I get great service. All of their copy and print specialists are very competent! I ask them questions and most of the time they know the answer.

I can not say enough about the staff at this store. I travel 9.5 hours to find the online service did not produce what I needed as agreed. HOWEVER, Cyndi and Dylan came to my rescue and made my event a day to remember! It wasnt the reason I needed them that made them jump into action it was clearly their natural will to provide exceptional service. I wish I could upload the pictures but I absolutely would refer this store and I wish I could pack them up and take them back home!!!!

Ordered Office Max multi-purpose paper. Excellent service; easy to order; pickup was prompt, price was very reasonable. Office Max paper almost never jams in my printer unlike some other, more expensive paper products.

Looking for a Print Shop in the Five Points location in Columbia, seek Office Depot and ask for Naji. He will take care of your print job as though it was his own; great customer service and the quality of work is second to none.

I went to get a cartridge for my printer and they were out of it. I placed an order online at the store and had it the next day

The staff there were really helpful. I needed business cards ASAP and they were able to make them.
