The UPS Store

My transaction today was so smooth! I had several Amazon returns and the employee (279759) was extremely helpful! She was so kind and knowledgeable about what she was doing. She had great recommendations and was patient with my multitude of returns!! She is a huge asset to this store - #2279!! Keep up the great work!

Suzanne was so pleasant! She asked what I was shipping and I told her peanuts. She asked if they were boiled, roasted or raw.
I told her boiled and salty.
She was so happy to ship my salty nuts!! You can only imagine the bantor! She made it fun.

Reginald was absolutely amazing. He was very helpful in returning the office equipment to a previous employer. He had a smile the whole time and even though the store was busy, never made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. Thanks so much! This is just one of the reasons I only come to you guys. ;)

I went into the UPS in Hermitage and was greeted by a very knowledgeable customer service rep by the name of Reginald. I make it my business to tell employees if they're doing great and he is awesome. We need more like him!

Emily is the best; she has always been ridiculously accommodating. She has made sure I could access the overnight drop box, stayed late, and been the pacesetter for the other associates for quite some time. There have been a few sour grapes that have come and gone through there, but Emily is steadfast and consistent.

Reginald & Emily and legit the BEST! Everyone is at this location. I live much closer to the Thompson Lane location and they are SO unhappy at that store that I drive out of my way to see everyone in Hermitage. It’s not just Emily and Reginald, it’s the whole team. It doesn’t matter if it’s just me in there or the line is out the door—they serve each person like they matter, which is how customer service should be. More businesses and even other UPS stores should treat their customers the way Reginald and Emily do. It’s an art that has been lost, but this store is hanging on to it well. Thank you for all you guys do! Keep things percolating, Emily and Reginald! You both are so appreciated.

Always a line, never a bother from those who work there. They have a way to balance the crowd and all the personalities that come in the store with excellent customer service. They’re efficient and over the top nice.

Emily and the team at the Hermitage UPS are always so friendly and happy to help you regardless if busy they are. Always amazing and sincere customer service.

The line was long from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, but shoutout to Emily who was working hard on her own to get everyone serviced in a timely manner. She had an excellent attitude given the amount of people waiting in line and was equally as kind when speaking to her over the phone prior to my visit.
