I was fortunate enough to work with Asmara yesterday in the purchase of a new iPhone and she is a true asset at this location. She is very professional, courteous and kind. That last word is what really sets her apart. I’m a Boomer who knows nothing from nothing about these items, and Asmara led me through the steps with a quiet confidence that I sincerely appreciated. She is an absolute delight to work with and I’m loving my iPhone 14!

Came in with issues with my iPhone where it was t displaying the correct screens, Jessica setup the software update for me and showed me how to continue the update at home. I offered her a tip and she said she doesn’t take tips because she tries to always just do the right thing! It was great service and I’d highly recommend her to anyone I know! Thank you jessica

I’ve had it with T-mobile, and being out of contract, decided to give Verizon a go. So glad I did. Kevan was exceptional! Firstly, he accommodated my schedule (which was quite limited). He also took the time to ensure that my new phone was set up properly and that I understood how to use it. I ended up buying an Apple Watch as well and he went the extra mile to make my buying experience pleasurable taking care to explain everything step by step. Jessica Kegelmyer has been my family’s sales associate for many years, I’ve been buying cell phones since 1992 and I have never dealt with a more knowledgeable and helpful person. I can call or text her anytime and she’s willing to help me and my family. If it wasn’t for Jessica I may have jumped ship with Verizon several years ago.
