Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Food was excellent and delicious. Portion size was good. Well lit place and staff was very welcoming. Our server Jojo was very pleasant and suggested the dishes based on our dietary requirements and they were excellent. He made sure we had everything on our table at all times. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again.

I had the pleasure of chaperoning 28 students along with some of my colleagues and we were treated well. Gabby was our primary server and she tried to ensure that all of the drink orders were correct as well as getting the food orders correct. It was amazing how she helped us tremendously. The manager Audie asked me how it was and we had a great time. Big group but all fed and I am grateful.

Soup , salad and sticks $12 good deal

This restaurant has one of the best customer service ever!! The waitress who served us was absolutely amazing. She really went above and beyond in making sure we were constantly looked after, whether it was getting us more breadsticks or refilling the soup or water or checking if our food was good, she was super friendly and really genuine! I regret not asking her for her name before we left. The food was pretty good, especially their breadsticks! We ordered the tour of Italy and tried the different soups that they offered, but it was definitely the service of this wonderful waitress that made it so much better!!

Went a few weeks ago and had a very nice dining experience. The only thing I'd change is where we were sat at. We were seated right in the corner in the bar area. We would have rather been in the larger dining area. Olive Garden exceeded my expectations this time, this wasn't planned but my daughter got regular Alfredo, her friend got shrimp Alfredo and I got the seafood Alfredo. Which is my typical go to but I went for it. Everyone was very satisfied with their meal but mine was fantastic. The shrimp and scallops were cooked to perfection. I also had a special margarita that was great. And I've eaten the fried calamari from here and was very good. I will be coming back. Sooner rather than later.

Came here for lunch, were greated with a smile and didn't take long for us to get seated. Our waitress was awesome and very friendly, and the service was great. Waited around 20 minutes for our food to arrive. Overall experience was great. Hope to be back soon.

My wife and I visited your location on 2/9/24. our waitress' name was Renee. She by far was the best waitress we have ever had. She accidentally gave my wife salad with onion on it. She ate 1/2 of the bowl and Renee realized what she did. She took the bowl away and brought her a new bowl of salad. She also sent a container of salad home with us and gave me a to go container of the Chicken Gnocchi soup. She kept apologizing and my wife told her it was fine. When we go back again I'm hoping she will be waitressing because I would ask for her to wait on our table. You should be proud of this lady. She went above and beyond to make our visit a pleasant one.

Sat at the bar for dinner as I was on a work trip. Sara F was the bartender and she was great. The bar was slow when I got in and was packed before I left. She didn't miss a beat with me and or any of the other tables she had. Dinner was simple, soup and salad!

The place was amazing. Fresh bread sticks and soup started the meal amazing. The pasta that followed just made it better. Gloria, our waitress, made excellent wi e recommendations and made sure we were taken care of. The atmosphere was fantastic and we'll definitely be back. One of the best places I've been.

All five stars! I've been to the Olive Garden before, but this was the first time everything was great! The food was amazing, the staff was amazing! Just blown away! So good!

Didn't have to wait long, we actually was seated when we first got there. The waitress was pleasant, the food was good to me as usual.

I took the family out for a late dinner tonight and wanted to say that everything was beautiful. The food came out quickly, and everything prepared was fresh and delicious. I couldn't help but notice another waitress from across the room. She was vibrant and had amazing energy. After about 10 minutes of watching her service her tables, I was amazed by her kind-hearted mannerisms and empathetic demeanor. Before I left, she held the door open for everyone, and I quietly asked her for her name. She exclaimed, "Sade." She is a hard worker and a wonderful waitress. I hope she sees this post! Thank you, Sade!!

Undoubtly the best Italian restaurant in buffalo. Had a great meal and really enjoyed my time there. The staff was really nice and helpful. Definitely gonna recommend it.

We had a large party and everyone I spoke to really enjoyed their food. Loren was lovely. Only complaint is we waited over an hour for our food. Good portions. Reliable Olive Garden quality.

The food, the server, the ambience, the portions... Everything is great here. I loved this olive garden. We were starving as soon as we crossed the bridge from Canada to the USA and I couldn't get better service back in the great USA!!

Had the best server ever. Her name is Sade. Not sure it is spelled correctly but she was amazing.
We were there on Saturday, Oct 14th. Food was also amazing and lots for a second meal.
