Recently bought a house, so I've been back and forth to more Home Depots I can count. Most of them Home Depots are all the same, no complaints. I stopped here today to grab some electrical equipment. Charlie from Electric is awesome, he was very helpful in finding what we needed and recommending specific items. It's also nice to talk to another vet.

Really easy to go here. Big parking. Very welcoming and helpful customer service. Very polite the staff. All of them working as a team. The follow Very well the rules and regulations for hazards. At the check out Very professional and good manners. I notice a good amount of seniors working at this place. Totally recommended.

Huge surprise! I'm a last minute person. As always, I shop at Home Depot for our annual Christmas Tree, only this year they were free! They decided to give the trees away the last few days before Christmas. It really made my Christmas! Thank you Home Depot!

Excellent Home Improvement Store. Always have what I need and usually cheaper than other comparable stores of the same size. Knowledgeable staff and there's always a few clearance items located around the store. So keep your hands empty in order to grab a deal! I visit Home Depot on the regular. Plenty of tools to rent too!

This location is great for a quick in and out. It's usually not too busy and they have plenty of checkout options. I can always find what I am looking for and there are lots of staff around to help if not. Definitely recommend!

I almost gave it 2 stars because I go in for one thing and come out with dropping half a paycheck... lol but other they having everything you need they are so helpful and nice!

No problems with Lifetime Warranty replacements. Went in with a Husky precision screwdriver set that had a torx bit twist the first time I used it. Easy peasy replacement at the Customer Service desk...no questions, no hassle. 2 minutes to go grab another one and out the door. 5 stars.

Always shop here! Customer service is way better than Lowes; Depot employees go out of their to help you.

With shopping between Home Depot and Lows , I would really love to give Home Depot a 5 start review, this is my first 5 start review that I wrote!
At Home Depot, you can always find someone to help you, they will not only direct you to what you want, but when you have questions on the problem, they will give you best and professional advice same as in Valu( where I get a lot helps too).
Not like lows, they said to me, I only can direct you to what stuff you need, they can’t give any suggestions on what you need to buy( it may not be all the employees like that, but someone said that to me) I am not professional , I need someone help me to tell me what I need! Also, at lows at transit, now it is really hard to find someone who can assist you, you can’t find people there!😂
So , after comparing, Home Depot ( more options) or Valu is better place than lows!

There is an employee at there his name is Ed. He found my wallet with $3,000 in it and returned it to the service desk. That is a great person and employee of the year at Home Depot. If you stop there please say hello to Ed

My fiancé, Sarah and myself went to this location in hopes of getting new kitchen cabinets. We spoke to Rick and he helped us every step of the way. He actually helped us choose cabinet by cabinet, recommended and explained the brands, levels and quality differences and even helped us save the most! He had Neil from Thomasville come out to measure everything (nicest guy ever) very quickly. Then we saw Rick again and he had all our kitchen all designed in this software and we were able to choose the cabinets we wanted, colors, countertops, etc....he worked with and for us day after day and he made everything happen EXTREMELY QUICKLY which is beyond comprehension!!!! We are SO happy with the service and attention given by Rick. Probably the best service we have ever had. Not only that, but every other employee in this location is so happy, offering help, water and just so helpful. We have been to so many Home Depot's, this is for sure the absolute best location. If you want a new kitchen, go see RICK. HE IS THE MAN, GUARANTEED!!! THANK RICK!!!! YOU DESERVE A HUGE RAISE!!!! This is a 10 star review by the way. We will be returning to this location for any home project!

My experience has always been pretty good I’ve been in there for just about everything and anything I’ve met the store manager personally on more than one or two occasions anytime I go in the store I see her straightening up shelves and running around the store she’s always busy she’s always keep an eye on things I would say that the Clarence Home Depot is one of the best managed Home Depot‘s that I’ve been into and I’ve been into more than 20 different Home Depot‘s ranging from the southern tier to Niagara Falls as well as I visited Home Depot down in Florida when I was visiting my parents I would give the management at the clearance Home Depot raise if I Were a fiscal Controller this Store has a habit of getting you in and out of there quickly and I think that’s what most people like myself want some congratulations to the general manager and her crew I think they do a very nice job

They had this fantastic employee cutting blinds this weekend. His name was Nick maybe in his 40/50’s I don’t have a last name😞. . He cut some Blinds Saturday and Sunday for me. Absolutely Perfect.... Gave me some tips and everything went smooth... He spent almost 10 minutes explaining our options of the differences .... Great work Nick 👍🏻
