The place is kind of big, for a newcomer, but everyone communicates so clearly... It's almost like it's for women, by women and of women X-D
At each point through the process, there are people guiding you through; I really appreciate that. All things considered, it was a good experience.

You never realize how hard it is to find a wheelchair until you absolutely need one. Thank you Health essentials for supplying the perfect wheelchair for my families needs. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't stopped in. Beyond the excellent service, the price for the chair we bought was fair. The lady who helped me was awesome and showed me how to use the chair, to break it down and put it together. Again I just appreciate this place so much. Thank you!

In May they said my leg, which I'd broken 6 months prior in Arizona, wasnt healing. Sunday I was in surgery. 2 months later now, and it's better now than it was after the first 6 months...

All the employees were very kind and helpful. Diana was knowledgable and demonstrated the scooter so my husband and I could know how to operate it.
