My experience at Lowe’s this past weekend was incredible. I came in looking for a replacement bidet for my toilet, and Zach did a great job at helping me find one with the most gentle water pressure. He was also a very charming and young boy.

They usually have what I'm looking for, and I can check inventory before I get there. Sometimes it's a challenge to get to the inventory of it's sheet stock on the top of a pallet rack, but that's rare. I often take a photo of material prices, in case there's a discrepancy at the register.
The staff are chill and helpful, though busy.

I ordered some kitchen cabinets on July 15th, and there was a delayed shipment on all cabinets. Not all my items came in at the same time. My cabinets finally got delivered, and some small items were still missing. I contacted the kitchen and cabinets department and spoke to a lady named Morgan, I explained everything, and she stayed calm,cool, and collected . She put me on hold. She came back to the phone, and she had located all the items that did not make it on the delivery to my house. Let me tell you. This lady, Morgan, busted her bottom, locating all my items and had it delivered that Saturday.
I was so excited to see the rest of my items delivered. This is for the store's manager. You need to create a specific job just for Morgan with an added pay increase just for her. She is very knowledgeable and kind-hearted. She knows how to research and find the problem with the solution to help comfort the customers. Employees like Morgan are what keep customers returning even when mistakes are made. She is a diamond in the roth.

Senior workers were excellent, helpful and very nice. A little disorganized comparing last visit in the past. But still good place to go for the home stuff. We bought some curtains and curtain bars.

Had everything I needed staff was helpful and new self check out let's vets and armed forces use these lanes now. Great store and surrounded by everything else you could need.

The two nicest guys helped me find just what I was looking for. Yogi and BooBoo were so nice. I didn’t have to try and track someone down they asked me if I needed help.

Great place to purchase flowers and shrubs! Lowes is actually one of my favorite stores to explore and purchase at.

I was shopping for Instacart and the aisle that my app indicated the item was on was not correct. I found a gentleman I believe his name was Arlo and he was so friendly and helpful and explained everything to me how the isles work. And in addition to helping me with that order, he also explained to me how the ring doorbells work and how he uses it at his own home and I decided to get one for my grandmother just from him helping me. I will be back and I hope to see his smiling face.

Got approved for a Lowes card, ordered a washer and dryer. Great service and extremely helpful!

Lowe's is absolutely fantastic! I placed my order & in less than 3 minutes I got the notification that my order was ready for pick up. Once I got to the parking lot I checked in & an associate was already half way to my vehicle with my order! I've never had an easier order & pick up from anywhere! Plus my purchase was on sale & Lowe's had the best prices around! Highly recommend!

From entering the door we were greeted by Ash and pointed right to what we were looking for. The carpet guy Eli was very helpful and accurately told us how much we needed. The finished product was great.

Lowes always has great customer service.I decided to buy bags of rocks while I was there and they are graciously enough to load in your car for you. Besides all the building supplies they also have a really cool furniture and other shelves and decorating things if you we’re not aware.

Very helpful employees!!! Helped with sizing our blinds and were very pleasant. All the employees in the store were very nice and helpful in every department we were in!!! Definitely recommend this Lowe’s!!!

Rick was an awesome help being that I'm physically challenged! He went above and beyond. And Chris after I checked out got my buggy and loaded my vehicle. 2 great men. Very kind and super nice!
