The UPS Store

The UPS Store is a super convenient place that accommodates all my different shipping needs. They are always friendly and helpful which makes doing business there a pleasure.

I need some documents printed off. Charlie was incredibly helpful and I think he's been my Uber driver before

You can tell a lot about a business by how their employees are interacting with each other. When we walked in, they were all smiling with a few laughing. They immediately helped us notarize a document. The whole time, the employees were jovial. This creates a very
welcoming environment.

Highly recommend!

I just have to share about this particular UPS location. I have both sent return packages and shipped packages of my own from this location, and although they are often busy, the workers are always friendly and courteous, and they move through the lines as quickly as they can. My packages have always arrived at their destinations safely and intact, as well, and usually earlier than estimated. Today though, I have to also comment on the kindness of one of the young men working, who offered his arm and assisted an older blind gentleman out of the store, and across the parking lot to the car waiting for him. That level of customer service is rare these days, and I appreciate him for taking the two minutes out of his busy day to help someone in need.

I had to return an amazon product which clearly said ups would package the return. I handed them my original box and shipping labels. The young lady scanned each one (3) and gave a printout of my returned items. There were 3 or 4 other employees working and all were in tune with each other. Very good experience after reading other reviews I was nervous. No need. Good Job Gunbarrel store.

My mom went to Tampa and forgot her medicine. The ups shipping was wonderful they had it to her in 12 hours. She never missed a dose. The staff was so helpful in helping me with packing and shipping.

She was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful.

I ended up at this upsstore location because the other location I tried told me that they could not return my AT&T equipment there. They said that it was too late in the day and that their corporate account close down or something to that effect. Anyway I had zero problems returning my AT&T equipment with the pre printed label. Employees were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this store even if it is a little crowded at times. I feel like the other stores aren't really interested in helping you unless you are buying overpriced boxes or shipping supplies from them.

I’m not one to write reviews but this one is well deserved. I went into the store (mind you it’s less than two weeks until Christmas). Mr Frank went way above and beyond to help me out. I had some large items that I needed boxed so I could check them at the airport. He made certain the box was within the size limit and weight. Since it was a large, awkward to carry box he went the extra mile and added a strap to make it easier to tote through the airport. Excellent customer service! Thank you Mr. Frank!!

I go there quite often, and I have ALWAYS had the best and most helpful service there!! Their manager Charlie, was so patient and kind to me, as I had a lot of mailing issues to contend with!! I will always pass any other UPS store to go there, it was well worth it!! Thanks Guys,(and Mr. Frank)!!

Quick and easy service, able to get in and out fast.

The guys working 1/18/23 deserve a raise. They were clearly short handed and backed up, but managed to work efficiently and I was somehow in and out of there in minutes.

Zach Brown was amazing and VERY PATIENT with me. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND his job description I m positive to make sure my packages arrived to the correct destination. He very patiently helped me print the return labels with a smile on his face. Superior customer service!!!!!!

Their customer service is top notch, especially when you do business with them on a re-occusing basis! I wouldn't recommend the main ups shipping facility on Bonny Oaks. They are all Union Workers and do not care how they treat their customers. This UPS store is independent which is why customer service is their top priority!

Convenient location and staff is always friendly and helpful!
