Parking is ample but gets filled up quickly.

The layout is easy to figure out, and the signs easily direct you to products by category. But if you are looking for specific, you can actually ask someone, and the chances are they will know where it is.

Their selection of plants are definitely worth a look. They are healthy, and prices sit at a grood value.

The staff here were engaging and helpful. This brick and mortar was the only home improvement business that actually greeted me and asked if I needed anything. When I asked, Carolina knew exactly which row and bin where my tool was located. I was so impressed I did some more shopping to pick up some cleaning supplies. She even followed up after I got to the check-out to see if I found what I was looking for. Update, Carolina didn't remember me, but I remembered her. She asked if I needed anything and greeted me as we checked-out as she did previously. On another trip, we interacted with other fellow employee here at this store, and they were equally helpful and professional. They knew where everything was and saved me a bunch of time looking around for items.

I appreciated the experience so much that I've come back to this location 4-times in one week while staying here in High Point, NC.

Wow! Ordered online at 1:46 pm, was ready for pick-up at 2:18 pm. Total time in store was 15 min. Nice Job Home Depot, nice job! Lowes sucks.

Marianna in customer service is wonderful! The first person we asked for help couldn't give us an answer but Marianna found a solution and completed our purchase quickly and kindly.

Always shops at Home Depot better than slows/ lowers

We came into the store to look at stoves, and a nice gentleman name. Herman helped us right away. He’s very knowledgeable and very polite.

I prefer Home Depot over other home improvement stores, most of their stores are well organized and fairly priced.

I called this store to ask if they had pool sand before driving that way (45 minutes away). Not only did the employee confirm they had the product, but he told me exactly what isle and location of the store to find it. I got there and found it within 3 minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Did a return for us super fast, very friendly and she was efficient. Clean inside fully stocked too.

Home Depot is one of our go to's for anything pretty much. Everything from home decorating, landscaping, tools, appliances, wood, you name it they got it. The selection for furniture, curtains or anything you can't find in the store guaranteed it will be online. Easy returns with receipt. All the shrubbery & live plants I've bought there has always thrived and have done very well 6yrs later. Most recent trip was to look at central vac replacement hoses which now we know is only online. Always great customer service. Smiling faces and very helpful

Thank you to Ray and the other young man that so patiently helped my wife (and I) in getting a door this afternoon.

Admittedly you may have to wait a few minutes to get help if you need it but it’s because they are busy. Just be patient and you’ll find some of the most eager and knowledgeable folks ready to help as soon as they get free.

The staff here is very helpful and patient in pointing me in the direction I need to go and listening to my questions.

The Home Depot offers Veterans a discount after registration. One can generally find what you need, helpers are few, but they are helpful. The people at the checkout stands were nice.

I couldn't find what I was looking for, I asked an associate and he took me right to it and showed me other choices.

Kudo's to Home Depot and especially, Terri, who works there! I needed help finding something today and she went above and beyond for me. They were out of stock at the High Point store, but she checked with another store in Greensboro and secured this product for me. I have always been a huge fan of Home Depot, but when your expectations are exceeded as mine were today, it demands even greater loyalty. Way to go Terri!
