I really enjoy staying staying at this hotel. Ki highly would recommend this hotel. Actually my entire Team stays here when we come to town to work in Eden, NC.

I would like to make a special call out to Veronica,which deserves recognition. Over the years we got to know each other well and she always is cheerful and treats people with respect and make you feel right at home. She treats everyone as family and that goes a long way in my book.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful!! The staff is attentive and amazing. The front desk staff is great!! Chelsea, Ron and Grey at the front desk was very professional. They also have a restaurant inside called Park Place and Ashley was our server was was great!! The Mediterranean Pasta was the best I have ever eaten. I loved staying at this hotel. The room was clean and it was quiet.

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel bar, thanks to Bartender Al! His mixology skills are top-notch, creating drinks that are both delicious and visually stunning. Highly recommend staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton! All the staff are professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The restaurant inside of the hotel is phenomenal! Ashley and Nora really went above and beyond to assist us in getting our rather large order exactly right. They are very personable, caring and helpful individuals. We enjoyed our 1 day-vacay in Greensboro here. The front desk staff were professional & friendly. Al at the evening reception was a highlight of our stay. He was efficient making the cocktails & the line moved quick. He was so nice, always smiling to make all feel welcome. Thank you Al!

Front desk is always great and helpful. We stay here a lot. As for the Bar; Great food. Loved the Carnitas Nachos and the Dry Rub chicken wings were fantastic. Chad made these to perfection with a great portion on both dishes. Could not finish either. Jenn was the sever and was on it non-stop. Fast, friendly service and thinking ahead when I needed something. Never had an empty drink. It’s my home away from home!

Jenn at the restaurant made my entire day by giving immaculate service and going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I felt seen, heard, and like a valued guest! She deserves a raise! Also, she is funny!

I stayed at the Embassy Suites for a work trip. They have a complimentary evening reception with two drinks. Al was our bartender both nights that I was at the hotel. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made my drinks quickly. Go to this hotel and see Al!

Love this hotel!!! First off it’s gorgeous, they have real food for their free breakfast unlike most hotels, and they gave me a voucher for 2 free drinks a day! 10/10 recommend! I will be back next month!

I had the pleasure of having Nora provide service at the restaurant. She was attentive and kind. She made the extra effort to ensure everyone was enjoying the meal. She responded in a helpful way to special requests.

Absolutely the best service I have had at a hotel, from the management, desk staff, and specifically the breakfast attendants. (There was one server at dinner who didn't really meet expectations, but everything else was so top notch, I didn't reduce my rating.) Room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast/buffet was superb. Getting there was probably the only inconvenient thing about it. I love this hotel!

I was recently at your hotel for the NCCA Annual Conference. Two huge compliments: lunch on Friday was the best banquet meal I’ve ever had—the chicken was tasty and not dry, the brussel sprouts were delicious and perfectly cooked. The service team was excellent and friendly. In particular, Beverly (Virginia) went above and beyond for me. The conference organizers missed my food allergy and celiac note. Beverly went on a search for food for me on Saturday for lunch and it turned out great! Little things like that really add up.

Stayed Jan 27th. Arrived and immediately noticed the attention to detail. Everyone, at front desk, to Jenn the fantastic and friendly bartender, Nora and Ashley- the servers in restaurant,t we had a five stat experience here at the Greensboro, NC location. This hotel team is exemplary when it comes to service, concierge services, or restaurant staff. We are local but escape here every few months to feell pampered and spoiled rotten
Breakfast staff always amazing, helpful and accommodating. Omelet bar is out of this world! Bring tip money for breakfast bar (not obligated, but the staff deserves tipping!)
Their breakfast orders every imaginable dish to keep even the most picky or hungry guest leave happy.

Ashley and Nora were fantastic. They were always checking on us and making sure we had everything we need. It is a great hotel and the staff is amazing.

We spent several days here for a conference. The hotel was nice as was the staff. The bartenders were great. I was able to find a few quiet spots to work on my studies. All in all it was a nice stay here.

I would suggest this location to friends and family to stay at. Staff is always helpful and nice to me even when I am delivering meals.
The hallways smell neutral, which I like as other hotels either have bad smells or excessive cleaning product smell.

Beautiful rooms, with separate living area and bedroom. Kitchenette, and 2 TVs if there is someone with you. Wonderful breakfast bar with made to order available also!! Highly recommend!!
