Ross Dress for Less

Store was very neat and organized, found exactly what I was looking for, cashier was
friendly and great. My compliments to the
management and associates in keeping their store “customer ready” during the holiday season.

I just love this store it has all the great finds and the beauty dept so neat and easy to find products and let’s not forget this amazing staff my daughter and I just love lavicey she helped us find so many beauty items she was kind and very patient and funny she even helped me with my bags and momma to the car thank you lavicey and all the ladies at Ross

I am shocked at now when I first started shopping at Ross they kept the stores, bathrooms & fitting rooms clean, organized neat. Staff was always bubbly smiling & friendly. Not now. Staff rude, barely speak, if you see them on the floor they ignore you, short have an attitude. The strong stinch unkind when you walk in the women's bathroom is overwhelming. Lines are at least 40/59 ppl with 1 maybe 2 cashier's. Selection has fell off

I always find the prettiest clothes and home decor. The store is kept neat. Great prices

I came here to acknowledge a cashier by the name of Angie. She showed great customer service. She was extremely helpful and more of all she showed how teamwork is suppose to be done.

Ross is the first place I shop when I need new clothing, shoes, home goods and children’s clothing and toys. Their prices are the best.

Love this location, always a great selection of products and very friendly staff. Keep it up guys!

I love shopping at all the Ross locations you cannot beat the deals, great prices and good quality merchandise. There is something for everyone, I have not really experienced any rude cashier's, some are just more talkative & friendly than others thats normal it makes checking out better.

Nice variety of clothes and great for the whole family! Staff is usually pretty nice, but I didn't have a good experience with them last time. Hopefully next time will be better.

Ross has some good products I have never had no complaints about them or the products they carry in store. If you looking for stuff for your apartment or house they got it and even the newest styles of clothes that everyone wears so you can stylish on a budget.

An employee named Deana at Ross in HighPoint stopped to help me find what I was looking for & then also checked me out. She was very patient with helping me & efficient in her work.
I hope she sees this & knows I really appreciated her helping me today, We need more people like this in retail !!

One of my favorite stores to shop at. I love the low discount prices of their name brand items. Whenever I'm looking for dresses for different occasions; I'm sure to find them among their selections. Shopping at ROSS is a great pleasure!!!

I love shopping in the home section of that store but it’s always so messy and hard to find what I need but I was surprised when I saw how nice and neat it was tonight! I found the employee that was facing everything and he’s doing an awesome job! Thanks Eric!

I didn't fine what I needed but I found what my daughter wanted. Thanks for selling ladies size 5 dress shoes. She was so happy to purchase final shoes not from the kiddy section.
