Carolina's Diner

My grandchildren and I were feeling quite peckish last night and ended up at Carolinas diner. The burgers were scrumptious! Service was on point. And the music was fabulous. Highly recommend!

Good burgers and diner food. It's 50's themed to a point. They are usually very busy but you rarely have to wait. The burgers are above average and the cost is average for the area. I highly recommemd the patty melt. Good lunch specials each day.

I haven’t been in a diner like this in a while and there aren’t too many around, seems like everything else is turning into a corporate and 90% of the time that’s all you find.
This place gave me the vibe of a local mom and pops diner and it was great.
My only regret is Not stopping in sooner considering I’ve been driving by this place every other Friday for the past 3 to 4 years.
For around the price of a fast food plate come get yourself some real food and better tasting🤷🏻‍♂.

Food was delicious! And portions were huge.
Very quick and attentive service. Our server was Amanda, but I work in a restaurant and have a bad habit of watching everyone. All the other servers were being equally attentive to their tables.
They serve breakfast late and lunch early, so it's a win- win for my husband and me.
We'll definitely be eating here again because there were so many things we wanted to try on the menu, but could barely finish the first meal.
Absolutely 5-star worthy. Oh, and they have Cheerwine!

Amazing service! Such quick service. Delicious food. A true delight. Our party of 17 were served so fast and the waiter was so helpful. A great find!

This is what a southern diner should be. I really hope they never change a thing. Besides a little paint and some touching up, this is the same place it has been for 20+ years when we moved to North Carolina. It is a small hole in the wall place with good food. Our server Jeanie was awesome today and was on point. It seemed as if she was running all the tables but never once did we wait for anything. Great Job Carolina Diner!!!’

Completely unexpected high level of service and quality of food. The dishes we had tasted like they came from grandma's kitchen on a Sunday, I swear! The food was so good, we ate much more than we planned to. Our waitress was excellent, made good recommendations, kept the coffee coming and was very responsive. Fantastic experience!

Coming from out of state, and reading the reviews, we were not disappointed. Our breakfast was delicious and not the typical run-of the-mill diner food. Generous portions. Even though it was very busy, the staff was running their tails off to take care of the guests and they were very friendly. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table, but we’ll worth it!

Tonya, Sunnie you guys are awesome and the other ladies too. I happened to come across this place while here on a mini vacation my fiancé and I. All I can say is I will be returning. I like to be fair in all my reviews and it’s fair to say the food and service were both absolutely wonderful. Please keep up the good work you guys are all amazing and your food is quite tasty too 😃. The strawberry cake delicious. The beef tips and rice taste just like Moms home cooking. Everything was simply delicious. Stop by when your in the area.

Delicious food and prices are very affordable. I gave it 5 stars because the service from the staff are top notch. Recommend.

Not much of an atmosphere to look at mainly windows. My food was great waitress was friendly it was dead and they were all just sitting around talking though.

Our server on 1/9/24 at about 4:00 p.m was amazing!! Courteous, friendly and efficient!! And the food was great! Price was great too!!

The food is great! We ate breakfast here 2 days in a row while visiting Greensboro for a basketball tournament. Great food, great prices, and excellent service. Jessy and Emily were so friendly and efficient. We’ll be back the next time we’re in town.

I stopped by this place for lunch. The smash burger was juicy and had good flavor. The seasoned fries were delicious. My server Sherry was very nice. They were extremely busy and got my food out in a timely manner. I’d definitely go back.

Very retro, food was AMAZING and the service from Sunnie made our trip so well worth. Could NOT have asked for better food or service, talk about down home cooking. YUM. Thank you so much!!!!

Friendly, fast and great food! I only had breakfast there a couple of times on a business trip but everything on the menu looked tasty. Stayed at the local Hampton inn (they all have a horrible free breakfast) searched for a breakfast restaurant nearby, Carolina's came up, went there and they did not disappoint! Thank you Carolina's for starting my day off right!!!

Very nice place, food, and people. Highly recommend for a family or nice evening with a friend or date. Plenty of parking even for a work truck with a trailer.

I was there for dinner while working in the Carolinas.
I tried the homemade meatloaf...in its own glass loaf pan...moist & meaty...excellent.
Stuffing and gravy...skip it. 😝
It was Stove Top stuffing with canned gravy. Why cheap out on that when one of your signature plates available daily is turkey dinner! Doesn't make sense.
Fried squash as a side...excellent. Not heavy batter and cooked just right.
Great ice tea!
Plenty of dessert choices too.
Give it a try if your travelling thru or live close!
