Helpful and knowledgeable management staff here. I was helped by a fantastic young lady named Alicia, one of the managers, and her bright attitude and knowledge really made the trip worth it. Store looks fresh; remodeled, as well as clean. Wonderful experience 👍

Wonderful Customer Service! I am a decades-long, loyal FL customer who conducted a large transaction at the Customer Service desk and was a little nervous to walk to my car in the dark. The night supervisor, Matt W. Overheard me say this and said, “I’m going to walk you to your car ma’am.” And he did! He was polite, professional, and on his way back into the store he stopped a woman turning in her cart and told her he would take care of that for her. Store #0586 is extremely lucky to have this young man on the team! #teamfoodlion

This Food Lion location is always clean, organized, and well-stocked. The store associates and the manager are all very friendly and knowledgeable about where to find various items and available deals!

Glad we have this one local. Quite the beer and wine selection and it was a brilliant move to put a Sushi chef inside the store. We don’t have to travel to Lowe’s off of 70 for decent Sushi now. It’s made in the store and fresh. Glad we have this in our community and it is so close. Great addition to Cleveland.

I was in and out. No long line to check out. The self service lines were moving quickly.

I do so many reviews for food Lion and I never get any response but it's all right it's my neighborhood store they're five of them in my neighborhood and I go to all of them Good people they all right they just don't respond to reviews let me calm down 😁

This is my local grocery store and I am pleased to report that for the past year, I have always had good experiences here. The manager is very kind and respectful and remembers me and says hello when he sees me. Some of the employees have been the same as well and I've never seen them misbehaving or treating people bad. From the cool ladies at the deli counter to the polite gentleman that stocks dairy at night to the fashionable front end clerks that are always patient but swift and efficient. One thing that should really be noticed, appreciated and understood is how aware the management is of the flow of traffic. It seems that any time the check out lines start to get long, they figure out how to get more lanes open(even the manager will open a lane and scan your groceries himself!) and I really really appreciate that. Keep doing what you're doing! Thank you! :-)

Great Customer Service, and especially from the Manger on Duty.... The Sale prices where awesome too! Me and my Grand Daughter went shopping today for food for the week, and we was excited about the sale prices! Came out WINNING!

Manager is exceptional friendly and very helpful. He knew exactly where the item was that I was looking for and took me to it. The cashier in the line next to ours was being yelled at but remains calm and professional. The store was well stocked.

This is my favorite Food Lion! ❤The managers, cashiers and other staff members are always helpful and provide excellent customer service! They should teach the lady at the Food Lion on Rock Quarry Road some respect, how to treat and talk to customers! She was GHETTO😯 and RUDE😯 and had the nerve to be at The Customer Service Desk. 🤔

Cashier (early in the a.m.)was so nice. Welcomed everyone who came in the store and just genuinely seemed like a lovely person. The store was clean and well stocked.

I had an amazing experience I came five minutes before closing and I had to get something always on every aisle they didn’t put me out they let me finish getting what I need it and then they close the store this is amazing location and thank you again

Each year, my organization and I donate thanksgiving food boxes to familes that are going through tough times around the holiday of Thankgiving.

On that note, a big huge thanks to Foodlion in donating their boxes saving the day in making it happen. We were able to feed 13 to 16 familes each year.

Food Lion on poole rd. Was great no long lines. The cashier was wonderful, we had a good conversation.

They always seem to have everything all the time, and that saves me time. I love this store. They are one of the best in being ready for my visit.

This store is important as it has been open for a while serving a community that is otherwise underserved and is a good quality grocery store where there are very few others.
