My favorite place to shop for clothes, shoes, purses, etc in Joplin. They have excellent sales and give rewards. We even had professínal photographs taken at an extremely reasonable price.

This place was absolutely stocked up, clean, and had everything I was looking for in my sizes. Much appreciated 🙏

We were not in store but the hair salon. What staff there was did a good job. Most seemed to care that worked there. The next time I went in the hairdresser I requested stood me up. Mark took care of me was great taking over. I think I will look for someplace a little more caring and appreciative of your business. Not anything to do with Mark who picked up slack. He even called my lady but SHE didn't care enough to come in when my appointment was on the books for a few days. Mark, in the picture was great. Maybe I will stay with him.

Had jeans and a really nice shirt on sale. Will miss this plsce when its gone.

I absolutely LOVE JCPENNY!! I just wish their prices were more clear. They never have anyone in the blinds area, and their curtains are all over the place. It's better to order online. However, I do get taken care of at the register every time. Highly recommend. I just wish they'd finally admit that they're getting ready to close!!

I didn't actually visit the store but I ordered online and had it delivered to my house. I bought my girlfriend a ring for christmas. She's going to love it.

Got my haircut and I love it. Hopefully I don't wait so long next time.

I hadn't shopped at Penney's for years so was very pleasantly surprised by what they offered. Good sales on what I was looking for and the added percentage of at the check out was an added bonus. The sales person who helped was very pleasant and helpful. Over all it was a nice experience!

I left my suit at home while traveling and had to visit this store in an emergency situation. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to find something decent as a substitute for what I normally would wear. The staff was also very helpful.

I wished that I had gotten the sales clerk name but I didn't. She was the most helpful clerk that ever helped me there. I wanted the panties & bra that was on the mannequin. She looked everywhere & even checked the tags to see if it was in the store. I got another set for just 12. But she was very pleasant.

The JC Penny’s store at Northpark Mall has been here through good times and bad! They have been an ANCHOR in this mall for years! When other anchor stores gave up and closed. JC Penny’s has held strong. I appreciate having a store where you can find great clothing for the entire family! I hope they are there for many years to come!

Had a great experience at their hair styling salon! Angel had so much patience with my 5 year old granddaughter and did a fantastic job on her haircut! Definitely would highly recommend, and will be going back soon.

I meant to put 1 star. Went into salon yesterday and waited in line for our turn. When it was our turn girl at register asked what we need then the phone rings. She answers it then continue to customer service the person on phone and leaves is standing there. So much for waiting turns. Very rude.

I was late bringing Christmas gifts back that didn't fit my Grandaughter. ( Miss Ruth ) was very helpful in looking up an item I couldn't find the receipt. Supper sweet and was happy to help me. Thank you for such good customer service!

I don't shop in stores much any more but Penny's has one of the best big and tall selections around. To be honest, clothes are the only things I ever buy there but there are good deals to be had around the holidays in other departments.
