It's a place that has a little of everything. Really excellent prices on just about everything. It is hard to walk out without spending a lot of money.

Just bought a new table and chairs and two benches! Love this store, you can mix and match furniture to suit your style! They loaded it up im my truck. Great customer service and super affordable!

Ok. I’ve ALWAYS loved Big Lots since I was a kid. Best deals on books. This past Christmas I went in, I found the last minute stuff I needed. Like the plates, napkins, table cloths all themed. I saw this little jem alone in the middle of the corner. With maybe a light up bush. Said $38.99 on it. But all Christmas stuff was also 20% off. It was too cute to leave there!!! There was no box, no instructions but I put it in my cart. I asked the lady at the front desk to plug it in. See if it even worked. She said she couldn’t find any outlets up there. But 30 day return policy. I took it home.

It didn’t work when I plugged it in. Also said battery operated. I found the same lamppost amazon $150, wal mart $140.

I took the base off, trying to find the battery, my fiancé said “did u see there was a switch up here?” I did, but thought it was a clamp. Was an actual switch. Put the base back together and it worked!! It will be used lovingly for many years to come/as long as it lasts. Sometimes the Christmas spirit itself drives you to find the lost/left behind gifts!

Friendly staff, clean store and great deals. Sometimes I am amazed how much cheaper items are compared to Walmart in under discount retailers. The employees are always willing to help and acknowledging each customer. This store has good vibes

The thing I love about this Big Lots is there is so much variety. I also love that I could save a lot of money on some big item names. I also love the things a wide variety of beautiful furniture and household appliances. I often come here to save on dry food deals. The employees are always helpful and I love that sometimes I get discounts unexpectedly. I would definitely suggest checking out their clearance areas Everytime You Go. This place is awesome for a quick birthday gift or Christmas shopping.

Wonderful store with lots of helpful employees. Nice cashier with short hair, helped us make a return without a receipt by using our rewards card. Eridian I think it was. So if you come to this store at least know you'll be treated kindly.

They just what we needed and the customer service was excellent the associates were there when I needed them and they answered every single question we had it was a wonderful experience today.

The lady behind me was an angel in disguise. I had to buy a new rug for my home but didn't have a lot of money so I knew Big Lots would be the place to go. As I got to the text and the lady behind me said I have a coupon for 15% off I'm not going to be able to use it because I he have to spend $100 or more so I ended up getting a wonderful deal on a beautiful rug.

I bought a rocker/recliner and had to have my husband see if he could sit in it comfortably. It was uncomfortable for him, so we exchanged it for another one. When we brought the chair home, I noticed he was too large for the one He picked out. We ended up returning the 3rd chair and I had him try the other demos on the floor. We found one that met our needs. The manager helped me in all the transactions and was very accomidating. She was very courteous and never made a comment at any of the times I needed her assistance in any of the transactions. She handled everything in a professional way and laughed each and every time. She was absolutely wonderful. I will recommend Big Lots to all my friends and acquaintances.

I have been shopping this store for years, and not just for bargains although there are many to be found here. The staff is very knowledgeable and the 20% off sales are great fun, but I always feel as though I'm saving money, and they carry many items you won't find anywhere else. I'm a customer for life.

Customer service was well above average. For a smaller store they have a little bit of everything. Prices are good.

I just bought a recliner couch from them. It was under $1,000. Essentially, the same thing at garrisons, and lazy boy furniture was between two and $3,000. So yeah I'm a happy camper.

They had a lot of good deals in the store. I would shop there again. They still have some really good deals. 👍

As always, Big Lots was so reasonable 2 sets of king pillowcases 3.99 each, 2 packs of 28 large size play doughs with cookie cutters, and play dough machine 15.00 each, (less than Costcos mini sized, with more things for trick or treaters), 6 pack of paper towels 4.95, and a free box of corn pops, all for 42.93. Can not beat the prices.

Customer service is very friendly and professional. Got some furniture here and the young lady who helped us was patient and stuck with us through a complicated transaction. I would recommend paying tge folks well to keep them on staff. Good help is hard to find

Love love love Big Lots. From the manager to the entire staff you will receive great service. You will find a good deal on just about anything. Even during the holidays they were able to continue the great service they are known for.

Had a Great Time & bought 2 lovely rock recliner chairs. Hopefully, they will last awhile 😀
