Really nice folks working in there. They were able to order something for me and have it shipped to my house. They do have a decent enough selection. They had like 3 or 4 types of carhart jackets at a decent price.

It's literally my favorite place to shop in Medford!!! I'm never disappointed when I go in! Great customer service and my favorite brands! If you haven't checked them out, you should!👍👌

Sahra the manager was incredibly helpful. One of my boots was smaller than the other. Even after wearing them outside, she exchanged the boots without hesitation. She was happy to help. I was ready to have some difficulty in exchanging them, because one boot was unwearable. But Sahra was very understanding and eager to help. In this age of bad customer service and attitude from employee’s where ever you go, Sahra with her attitude of solving the customers problem was a breath of fresh air! She has created a life long customer who will also spread the word of great boots and great customer service.

I recently visited boot barn when I was in Medford visiting family. The manager Sarah and the assistant manager Rebecca helped me find the perfect outfit. They both were super helpful and friendly and happy to answer all my questions. Highly recommend this location and will be back next time I’m in Medford!

The most painless boot shopping I’ve ever done. They had a great selection and price, I’ll never buy anywhere else.

Their stuff is pretty expensive, but the variety and the store staff still bumped them to 5 stars. My family of 3 went and all got a new pair of boots. At checkout, applying for their store credit card got us $100 off our purchase and enough double points earned to get a whole second set of boots for our little one for free next time we went! Fast track one month later we go to pickup the FREE pair of $60 kids boots and on our way I noticed that the nails on the bottom of my husband's set of boots are almost pushed all the way out and falling apart already. We let the store employee know and asked if there was anything they could do since the boots were still new and falling apart. They said go pick out another pair and they'd trade it right over. I couldn't have been happier about a business standing by their products. We left with 2 new sets of boots that day and hadn't paid any extra out of pocket. So far the new pair my husband got seems to be much stronger and is holding up better. They keep all of their inventory on the floor, so if you buy you grab the ones off the shelf you want and those are the ones you leave with. I was a little grossed out about it at first but when I realized this let's them order in more bulk and waste less packaging I was all for it. Our little got a kick out of their boot shaped mint boxes and every worker was amazing. Especially impressive during this time.

Went in for the first time this week. Daniel was very helpful and lead me to find my first pair of boots as well as a couple other items! Will definitely be back to this store and highly recommend stopping by if you haven't!

Customer service was superb. NOT pushy. Very helpful. Manager was so helpful to us ,we are getting married and she made sure we got the 10% discount that they offer for marrying couples. We even went back that day because buying vests was cheaper than renting.
Will definitely spend more money here in the future.

I bought a pair of boots from here bout mid February, well yesterday i noticed to sole already comming off so i called and they told me to come in. Even past the 30 day return policy, they still exchanged them for me, which i was greatfull for, because i drove 2.5 hours to get there. Also Tim is amazing, and if you ask him something and he dont know, he will find someone who does and get you an answer.

Super friendly and inviting..stopped in to get my son a pair of new boots for his birthday. The staff was more than helpful and patient especially during these crazy times. Ended up buying two pairs. We will def be going back.

They were very helpful, my nephew got a gift card for a cinch brand shirt for winning with his rabbit at the Siskiyou Golden Fair. They had to make calls sit on hold for quite awhile to figure it out for him. They get two thumbs up thank you ladies.

Boot Barn has an absolutely stunning selection of Western boots! 98% of which are out of my personal price range...as are the rest of their beautiful women's clothing and men's menswear. That being said, Boot Barn always has great clearance and other sales. I love the store and make a point of shopping their discounted items.

I work for a theater company and this store has been a great resource for me. The staff has been incredibly helpful and resourceful. They even helped me order specific items to the store that I needed for my play. I'm so grateful to the staff here.
