One of the best gamestops I ever went too. So I was having a horrible experience with nanuet GameStop, and my brother insisted I went to this one after seeing how nanuet was scamming people to get GameStop warranty. So when we called this store for information unlike nanuet they always picked up. Very informative, very professional over great customer service. I then went to this location to get the Pokémon switch and had great help from the employee David. Greeted as I came into the store. Told me I needed to be a member to purchase which made sense and overall help and made the experience a great one almost made me forget the horrible experience from the other location. I think if anyone should run a operation it should be him as he represented the GameStop location well and provided if not the best experience I had with the company my whole time ever shopping in a GameStop. Again thx for this amazing experience and switch.

What a gem. The store is immaculately well organized. The little clerk was very helpful in selecting my purchase of a PlayStation 5 for my son. Another person came into the store and as I was leaving I hear him tell her how good a job she did. He said he was a GameStop employee instructor. Poor thing has a bit of a speech impediment but I suspect her parents are proud. Kind of sad people play video games. I guess they're fun.

They had what I needed, and the guy was very nice. 👍🏽😌

Looked around for this game and even though the store in ramsey didn’t have it, Chris was awesome as always and helped us find a GameStop that has it. We recently moved to Lodi but drove the extra 25 minutes to go to ramsey. This is and will continue to be our GameStop!

There was an employee in here who I don't remember his name but he was a sick dude and he deserves a raise, he convinced me to get the gamestop pro and you know what he's good at his job so make him the manager immediately

For my first trip to a Game Stop it was a great experience. Staff (esp Christoph) was extremely helpful and patient. They took the time to explain the various gaming console and headset options. Most significantly they solved our issue and my daughter was happy. Will definitely return. Highly recommend.

They have great games that I play

The store is clean and organized, the staff is friendly and VERY helpful. Went to trade in nine thousand (total exaggeration) games today so my son could get a new system. Michael the sales associate who helped us couldn't have been better! Very knowledgeable and gave us the best customer service I've seen in years. Offered promotions, deals, etc. but never pushed them on us. Made sure we had everything we needed at the end of our visit and even called us after we got home to let us know he missed one game that had a trade-in value we were owed. Let us know he would put it aside and all we had to do was come in and get the credit we are owed. Having a 13 year old son I've been to MANY GameStop locations, but this one stands out from the rest!
AND it gets better...
While there a family came in to buy a gift card. Michael did not turn his attention from the task at hand, but I thought these poor people will have to wait for us before they can purchase a gift card! So we let Michael know it would be fine with us to process the gift card purchase and then come back to our mountain of trade-ins. Not only was Michael appreciative, but the customer made the kindest gesture of thanks! He purchased a $5 gift card for my son and asked Michael not to tell us until they had left the store!!!

Today was my first visit to this location and the employee was the Yoda of Game Stop. He was helping a customer before me and treated them well. My experience was terrific, he was very honest and polite. Thank you for a very pleasant shopping experience. Very nice store. Also very good store manager!

Always lot's of cool items here

We frequent this store and can't say enough about the wonderful staff here. They are kind, helpful and make my boys feel like they are so special every time we visit. We go out of our way to shop here, even though we can get most things online.

Pretty much your standard game stop. They have what you need. A decent selection of new and used games. The employees were all super knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help me out. I was happy to see that even though it is in Bergen County they were open on Sunday. One of the guys working there said it had something to do with ShopRite being open that certain stores including this GameStop are able to be open on Sunday. The next nearest GameStop on a Sunday is in Palisades so I was happy for a closer option.

Called store to check hours - phone answered by a most pleasant sales person. Immediately went to the store and was greeted and offered assistance. As a "senior", I was not aware that certain Nintendo 3DS games are not compatible on the older units. Sales person patiently took the time to explain it. Overall excellent shopping experience.

This gamestop is HUGE! Also, words cannot describe the excellent customer service provided by the management of this store. In the 22 months that I was a loyal customer they always cared that I left happy. I got a PS4 for my graduation from another retailer and I came in to this gamestop location to buy some games for it two weeks ago. The very nice staff pointed us to a preowned game deal that we took advantage of. Thanks to this outstanding customer services I have enjoyed all the games that I bought from them.

Whenever I stroll into this GameStop I am treated wonderfully. The managers, Michael and Christoph, always take good care of me and make my shopping experience fantastic. Definitely the best GameStop I've been to.

Every time I’m in the store the associates are always helpful and actually care about what I’m looking for. Always answer any questions I have to the best of their ability. Store is always neat and clean as well. Keep up the good work!

The staff at this GameStop is what makes it awesome. Always friendly,knowledgable, and makes great recommendations. They bend over backwards to make sure you leave happy. If only all the locations had this high level of customer service.

Always a great experience when I walk into the GameStop in Ramsey. Employees are always extremely helpful and that is one of the main reasons why I keep on doing business with this establishment. I recommend going there if you want a pleasant shopping experience with amazing customer service.

Ramsey Gamestop is by the far the best in the area. I live in Suffern and there's nowhere else Id go for games. This store is like the old gamestops; the staff actually makes it a point to give you real insight on game quality, new technology, etc. The service is always personalized even when its busy. The manager Mike has been incredibly helpful to me over the years by helping me save money and recommending games he knows are suited for my unique taste. He and Chris have always been punctual when it comes to calling me about when a pre-order is ready or when my membership is expiring. Talk to Chris if you want some help picking out games, he's more than knowledgable and cares more about your personal satisfaction than making a sale. Dont go to any other Gamestop in the area, this is a truly vintage store!
