Alex was extremely helpful today as I was shopping around for a new service, he gave me a lot of great information along with a great deal that I’ll be thinking over with my wife and seriously considering. You don’t find a lot of people who share knowledge and care for the customers the way Alex did today, even if I wasn’t crazy about the product the way he presented it to me today and made sure I was leaving satisfied was greatly appreciated. Thanks for all your help today!!

The customer service was above and exceeded my expectations to be quite frank, I was being helped my Roger and he provided me with all the correct info and knowledge when I went to get my new phone, would definitely recommend for anyone getting Verizon go to this location. They went a live and beyond to help me out and made it a welcoming and comforting experience overall

Awesome store, great customer service! We had a problem with upgrading my iPhone, so we brought it in and David fixed it professionally! There was just one issue at no fault of this particular store, and David and Johnnie worked to fix it quickly and seamlessly! Many thanks to this store’s employees, I recommend for sure

David was graciously caring and supportive. When my phone turned out to be a dud (no blame to anyone except Google Pixel for having a dud), he literally drove to the next town at 9pm - I was in his store until after closing watching him handle customer service over the phone. He picked up the one and only other Google Pixel in our area, just to satisfy my requests. I am so proud of him. He was amazing with customer service online and never at all lost his cool. I couldn't believe his professionalism never wavered. I will most definitely go back to that store and speak with David to resolve any issues from here on out. If he's not there, I'll have expected Verizon to hire someone just like him who cares and goes above and beyond to service his customers.

I am so happy now with my new phone. I am extremely happy that someone cared about me and my frustrations. I had a bad week, and all David could do was help me and assure me that everything was going to be okay. What a gem.

David, the representative of Verizon in Mahwah was amazing. There was so many things I didn’t understand he was patient kind explained everything showed me receipts showed me all the things I was buying without my kids here I needed a lot of help and he was really really great. It was David Kolas COLAS please thank him for me. I really mean it. My daughter was here for a phone and who knows my son might come in and get one so will ask for David. Just got the iPhone 15 Pro black titanium and it’s a huge improvement on the iPhone X I had. Plus Verizon gave me a really good promotion to trade in my old phone and the info transfer was done wireless and fast. Overall great experience and extremely happy with this new phone!

MJ is great and helped me so much with my phone problems. All the men there are great. I could not be happier as I am not great with my iPhone. Sincerely Linda Adamca

Eluin DeLeon is a great representative for Verizon!! I visited the Franklin Turnpike Mahwah store and was lucky enough to receive his help. He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He listened to my concerns, gave me options, and with his expertise, I feel like I made the right choice. I have since been back to the store with questions, and he continues to be as helpful. I appreciate his help and will continue to visit this location.
