McDonald's

Stopped here for a quick use of the restroom, and found the employees to be very nice. The place was clean ( see pic) and an easy on off of Rt 17 and even Rt 87 where we came from. We would definitely remember for the next time we're passing by.

Large front lobby and ordering area. Quick service. Very busy at 2pm on a Saturday.

5 stars for everything is well deserved. This place has got to be the best mcdonald’s in the state!!! It’s constantly clean, super super friendly staff, and even the managers take their job very seriously and professionally!! Food comes out in PRISTINE condition every time i order, super friendly staff and amazing atmosphere. This place is SUPERIOR to the mcdonald’s in ramsey on 17 north. All of that’s location business is coming to the mahwah location due to how pristine this place is!

The kids love the greasy, delicious food. Staff here is super friendly. The place is always clean and welcoming. Never a wait at this location.

The food tasted good and the service was great. The interior is clean and newly refurbished. The only downside is that the driveway is a bit difficult to access if you are coming from route 287... But it's not like they could really fix that.

Convenient place to have coffee after some hiking.

Well I take back what I said about all mcdonald's being the same.

At this particular McDonald's I had a problem with the app and my order wouldn't go in, although I got a sheet number and everything through the app..

The manager came out and took my phone. She turned off the wifi after a couple of tries and got my order through.

They forgot my fries, but someone came around and asked if everything was okay.

Really? At McDonald's? She brought me out the most freshest fries I"ve had at McDonald's in quite a while.

After my problem with the app leaving a sour taste in my mouth, they actually put the sweetness back into it!

Excellent job, you guys. Anytime I'm back at that end of New Jersey. I will be sure to stop in to see you.

Because they're on Rt. 17, they're a little more expensive for some items. However, they've got an efficient, quick drive thru and they've got a great variety of on the go items.
No real changes as of 12/10/22; if anything, it's only gotten better.

Ordered quite a few times from here while staying at the Super 8 next door. Food was always correct, fresh, and hot. Employees were always very nice. Better than almost every McDonald’s I’ve been to.

I honestly think this is the best McDonald's around. Their drinks are never flat, their hash browns are perfectly crisped, and their burgers are perfectly tender. The employees are also very positive and well-mannered. Their service is also very quick compared to other McDonald's that I have been to, so this is my go-to McDonald's if I am in a rush. My guess is that the management here is what makes it seem superior to the rest.

What can you say about one of the first fast food restaurants. McDonald's you have improved my standard of living by providing great, low cost, burgers and fries. My favorite is the quarter pounder. Thank you McDonald's for a life time of enjoyment.

You folks at McDonald's may want to follow in Burger King's foot steps and ride yourselves of the 140 or so questionable ingredients. Like I said "we are part of your family when we put food on your tables by buying your products". Take care of your extended family.

Just saying, it is worth looking into, Burger King is nipping at your heels, they do have the Whopper and the Impossible Whopper tastes the same as the regular Whopper. For some reason I still order the beef Whopper. Your fries are the Gold Standard in my book but I think Burger King is now a tie in the Fry department. I do love you guy's. Now show us some love, ditch the chemicals. Something to ponder.

The owner of this store knows what he's doing, to be very conservative. I have inside information. 🤷‍♂

Pulled in with my big truck, towing another truck on the back. Doors were locked to get inside to order and only available to order drive thru or on the mobile app. The lady inside(didn’t catch her name) came running to the door and immediately took my order (couldn’t fit in drive thru) never have I ever been treated like this any where else. Definitely recommend this location in mahwah nj. Nicest employees I have ever met. Oh and the premises is the cleanest I’ve ever been to.

I always look forward to this place coming off of 87. Clean and up to date.
