T-Mobile

I had some issues at another T-Mobile store. The other store told me my paid warranty (Jump / 360) did not cover phones that don't turn on. Why did Ipay for 6 years to have a service contract???

I called T-Mobile, they gave me this store. The staff here are excellent! No grumbling, didn't tell me anything negative, didn't say corporate doesn't know how to do warranty. ...had my replacement phone working in a flash.

I needed help with loading all my information from on my old broken apple phone to new phone . I received the most help in the store that I could ever dreamed of. Jabari was very very helpful, patient . He took care of all the issues I had and taught me a lot of things that I did not know about cell phons !

The employees at this location are awesome and go way above and beyond. I am a former customer and personally wouldn't recommend Sprint to anyone but I feel like I needed to write this review. I am a former customer who has been getting billed every month after I cancelled my account and every month I call customer service and they tell me, don't worry, we've credited your account and it's been canceled, you won't be charged again, sure enough the next month I go through the same ordeal. Today I decided to call the store and spoke with the store Manager Will who called customer service for me and hopefully finally got this resolved. Thank you for taking time out of your day for helping, he deserves a raise!

Met with T provided exceptional customer service, fast, efficient, and transparent. Upgraded to IPhone 14 and helped protect my purchase with recommended accessories very 😃 🙏💪

The service at this Sprint store was awesome. Kudos to Angel Hache and Aisha Santos. On a Sunday Aisha drove 20 + miles to assure my son and I got the phones we wanted. We were there for 4 hrs but they were informative and pleasant atmosphere. They helped transfer my info and helped us get the best deal. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you

First let me say That upon dealing with Sprint online Customer service I was convinced of leaving- forever. I spent a total of seven plus hours hanging on the phone for nothing! Sprint online services arlle the worst in the industry-HOWEVER...
I went directly to the store in Parsippany and was met by two very charming associates and after a while I was trusting in Sprint again. I trusted that they had my back and I listened to their advice on my best options if I chose to stay. Thank You Ladies. If you’re like me and frustrated by Sprints “customer care “, leave the house and go visit the store instead.The personal touch here is what made all the difference versus a garbled miscommunication with an outsourced to another non English speaking Country.

I appreciate Jayson took care of my phone problem with difficult to type and sending messages out. I am so happy that he patiently helped me to solve the issue.

This place was better than any other phone place I've been to. Someone helped me immediately when I walked in. Her name was Angel. She helped us pick out phones, gave us a ton of info and comparisons. She explained all the fees and answered every question. She was a great help and will definitely stop by if I need anymore help.

This is my favorite sprint store. The customer service is fast and efficient, with Kenneth Potts being my favorite. I'll go out of my way to go to this particular store.
