Great location that I visit every time I’m in town on business.

Never had an issue wit the service or quality of food while using this location. Like many have mentioned, the service is very slow. However, it is the only location within a 5-mile radius with a drive-thru. It is also the only location open at 5:30am up to 10pm in this area of the state. Most locations are open much later and close earlier, so this location tends to get a ton of customers. Best bet is if you're ordering ahead through the app, do so outside the "rush hours" and if it is during the busy hours, best bet is to use the drive-thru. I've done this and no issues.

Good ambience, fast service, plenty of seating. You all know the taste and consistency of Starbucks. Something we are all known to all of us.

Great atmosphere...the interior is inviting, and even though almost every seat was full (mainly business/students doing work on their laptops) there was still plenty of space, so it doesn't feel tight/crowded.

Huge shout out to barista Newie, for always coming through with my extravagant drink requests that I want to try. She’s efficient whether that’s in the drive through or in the cafe, and exemplifies outstanding customer service. She’s the reason I drive all the way to this location!

A good Starbucks location. Drinks were made correctly. Good seating with options for a quiet area.

Everyone is so friendly! They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your beverage, food and experience. They’ve even loaned me a phone charger once when I forgot mine. Love the staff at this Starbucks!

Pretty consistent with other Starbucks but I will say it seems as though if you order in person, its much quicker than ordering ahead especially during the rush. Plenty of parking and a busy drive through are available.

Works are friendly and helpful when I was trying to choose a drink with no sugar. They work hard and are doing a great job!

Definitely the best Starbucks in the area! They pretty much always get the drinks on point and compared to the other Starbucks around this one takes the top spot. The staff is always so sweet too, but Newie is the true gem at this spot! She deserves a raise and you’re lucky if shes the one making your drink!! Highly recommend the iced shaken oat-milk espresso with caramel and vanilla sweet cream cold foam. Chefs kiss

Convenient drive thru. No consistent with price. Depending on who takes the order the pricing for my drinks come out higher or lower

I have to admit that I was rude, when my beverage didn’t have the right amount of caffeine.🤗The staff here addressed the issue immediately, & it tasted “fantastic”😋 I never apologized for being rude, I sincerely do. And to make my experience more delightful, to look at my drink & read this “ message on my cup,, “Have a lovely day♥” Really did make my day better.😊(“attached photo”). “Thank You”.. They are “Awesome😍”.. I had to share how “professional” & “smooth under pressure” they were today. They truly represented “Starbucks”👍🏽 This occurred 8/26/2021 3:50 p.m. w/ the “Drive Thru” staff.👏🏽

To me personally this is the best Starbucks in North Jersey and possibly the whole state! Drinks are made almost to perfection and the customer service is fantastic. Always enjoy stopping here when I'm in the area.
