First time visiting this store. Andrea was very friendly, welcoming, and overall provided amazing customer service! I bought books and a few home items. Store has cold drinks and snacks for purchase. Also, they sell a bunch of brand new items like blankets, hats, backpacks and more. It gave me flea market vibes. I’ll be back another day.

One of the best thrift stores in this area. Low prices, great selection, and special sales.

I've been a customer since they were located in Rosemont, always have great employees who will take the time to speak with you, make a connection, and answer your questions. Although they've downsized from the old days they still carry a great selection of products, store stays clean, organized and I've never left empty handed. I've also donated numerous times and it's always a smooth transaction with their employees, never rushed and always offer a receipt for taxes. I will continue to bypass the big fraud thrift stores to frequent my locally owned mom n pop shop

Prices are fair. Clothing is fashionable. Kids clothes, baby clothes, clothes for guys and gals. They have shoes and hats and kids toys and books. They also have quite a bit of wooden furniture, shelving, bookcases, rocking chair, tables, etc. that with a bit of tlc and a bit of lacquer, polish or wood dye could be resold at a nice profit.
They have some nice knickknacks and odds and ends. They also have art and craft supplies and supplies for the school or the office.
I bought a few lovely throw pillows and 2 art kits that had never been opened.
I bought a super cute pair of jeans, a sweet little summer dress, and a pair of black summer linen capris all for about $11.
The store is organized clean and kept up. Nothing shabby or trashy.
The gal that rang up my purchase was pleasant and helpful.
There is a 10-day return policy on all clothing as long as the tags are still attached. So if you don't want to try anything on in the store or if you're in a hurry than no problem....you can try it on at home and make your decision later.
Theres even a little head shop in the store with all the right necessities....nice glass pipes, hemp papers, lighters and torches, scales, baggies, e- cigarettes and more.

Hit or miss with products, depending on what they have any given day, but worth the occasional no-find day for the others that are good.

It's a thrift store, so you might have to look through a lot to find that one thing you wanted..but the store is well organized within categories - even pretty good with sizes of clothes.

Staff is courteous,; store is clean.

I bought a pair of pants for my daughter and a pair of cheap earrings from here.
I like the set up of the store.

I like that it does not have a junky feel to it, that always overwhelms me.
I like that it doesn't have an odd smell, like many 2nd hand/donation stores do.
I like that the women that work there greeted me with a smile both times I came in.
Its a store for everyone in your family. I saw a lot of good stuff in there. Go see for yourself.

Great little thrift shop! They give a free book to every child who enters, and they have a unique blend of children's books - Spanish, Japanese, and even a language I couldn't identify! Clothes are sorted by size, bonus! Also, they have daily specials, Saturday is spin the wheel and we won free Pizza Guys garlic bread. Nice.

This place is amazing there are so many books,clothes,jewelry,games,movies,
Collectors,stuffed animals,pictures, and so on and so on I go there a lot now ever since I found it the things I recommend are the books,collectors,things in the front and the pictures the owners and staff are amazing there so nice and understanding

Staff are always very helpful, they have good prices and good items. Currently are doing a raffle for a TV and something else (can u tell which one i want) & are following regulations regarding social distancing & such.

Family Tree always has what I need! As a bigger guy I can always find my sizes there. The staff is very friendly here and always smiling! Family Tree is my go to Thift Store!

Donated household goods and a TV. Staff there are always friendly and make it very easy to donate. Highly recommend this place if you have goods you no longer need, they will find a good home.
