T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I dislike T-Mobil. I have been a customer for 6 months. The service is terrible, and if you travel, stay away. 5g is slower than dial up, and the customer service is horrid. All-in-all I have spent roughly 11 hours trying to update something as simple as my payment method. I tried everything. I tried online, via telephone (twice), and through the app several times, all to no avail. I ended up taking off work to go to a store. I ended up going to two stores. This was my second store, where I finally got my problem taken care of (fingers crossed anyways). The staff seems capable, they were friendly, answered questions, and referred me to the proper channels for future issues. Fingers crossed I can just return the phones and get out of the "noncontract"/contract.

Yesterday I was bringing my family over to switch from a different provider to T Mobile, Rey was able to assist us and I just to want to say Rey was a MVP! Switching over was hard because my phone carrier did not want things to switch over that easily, but yet Rey was able to push thru, the other remaining staff members were there and the way the assisted customers was very professional and friendly from what I saw! This store has some amazing workers here and I'd definitely recommend this store to anyone!

I went in to see Christian at the store today because I have been trying to resolve a billing issue with T-Mobile for almost 2 months thru the Support phone number. They put me on hold, transfer to another agent , hang up on me, etc, never get anything resolved, never let me speak to a supervisor or manager, I have been on the line with music for over an hour.
Christian was wonderful, he reviewed my account information and went right to work. he resolved the issue with his support team in a short while and now everyone is really happy.

if you need a new phone or internet or watch, just stop in and see Christian, he can help you out and make you happy.

Just installed the new T Mobile Home Internet 5G. Very impressed with easy same day pay, take home DIY set-up and all devices and streaming working great. Love the store and one on one interaction with associate. $50 per month. Can’t beat that. rw

Decades long VZ customers now T-Mobile customers, saving money and better benefits. The associates at this store are head and shoulders above the competition. They proved to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

The staff is absolutely fantastic! They were super helpful and knowledgeable about the devices and made sure I got the best deal possible on my upgrades. Also we had a lot of fun hanging out in the store while we waited for things to transfer over to the new devices. All the employees were fun to be around and made my whole experience a blast!!

I went in to this store to fix an issue from a different store. I worked with Melissa and she was AMAZING. She took a horrible experience and made it painless and quick to fix. If I didn’t live hours away I would see her for every issue I run into: if you’re trying to decide which store to visit THIS IS YOUR ANSWER.

I am So EXCITED to write this review. This store is Absolutely fantastic. The store is clean, the staff friendly, they not only listen to your issues but thoroughly investigates how to fix it . And when needed they work as a team to consult with each other to help the client get the best results.

I would definitely recommend coming to see Melissa, she is super helpful and cheerful! I'm very happy with the customer service I recieved today! She was super sweet and funny, she made me feel so much better about switching from Samsung to iPhone!

I've been a customer at sprint for several years and go into this store pretty regularly. In the last few weeks, I went in twice; once to add a line and once to replace a broken device. Both times, Tanis was helpful, polite, and good humored. When I was in most recently to replace the broken phone, the phone's owner was extremely rude to Tanis and demanding of him. He handled this with a great deal more grace and patience than she deserved! I appreciate your professionalism and I'm sorry for her behavior!!

Last week we received 3 new phones that we had ordered online and took them into the Sprint store on 32nd Street in Joplin in order to have our contacts switched from our old phones to our new phones. Dakota was the associate who helped us that evening and I have to say I was very impressed with him! He was very knowledgeable in answering and assisting in several questions we had about our new phones, and he made the entire process a very pleasant experience! We have previously had bad experiences with other Sprint locations in Joplin - and was quite pleased with the whole process this time around! So I'd suggest asking for him if you are in need of a good sales associate!!!

I went there to get upgrade my phone and the staff was wonderful! They made everything so easy and made me feel welcome! I would highly recommend this store to anybody! Great job!

Tanis was an excellent customer service rep. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. I've had bad experiences before with Sprint,but this experiwmce at this store was EXCELLENT. Josh was great, too. Highly recommended.

We had a beyond amazing experience today with Tanis from the sprint store in Joplin. He was such an amazing help to us. This young man explained everything like it should have been. I defenitly recommend this worker to anyone.

We went into this store to switch from AT&t because AT&t had canceled our lines at one point without permission or knowledge and a bunch of other stuff lied to us about our bills and the gentleman at T-Mobile named Anthony was so kind so helpful made our experience enjoyable and quick we went in there with the intention of just switching our phone lines over and walked out with a mobile hotspot device and two liquid glass kits for our phones and we are going back to deal with him to get a tracker for our vehicle this store is great the employees are even better I recommend going here for all your cell phone needs

I went in and was amazed with the service I received from Bradley. I was actually going in for just a charger. I am with another phone company and he was extremely helpful even though I was not with his phone company. I may be making a future change #greatjob

I established 2 new lines 6 months ago and have had great service. Went in today 3/6/2020 and got my aunt set up with 2 lines. Melissa and the rest of the staff were very helpful and attentive.
