Lexus greeted me with a beautiful smile. She was gracious, poised and articulate, something you don't see much of in customer service as of late. Very knowledgeable and expeditious. Great experience! Would highly recommend this location to friends and family.

Lexus was friendly, personable and above all knowledgeable. I went in with a faulty phone and she personally helped me restore it back to its normal functionality. I will definitely be back and highly recommend you go in and ask for her. You won’t be sorry.

I was so grateful to Melissa. She juggled three phones as well as took care of us. The entire experience was easy for us. As the end of our transition, multiple guest came in an she juggled them as well. We never felt alone. She was on top of everything with out hesitation or frustration. Truly great employee. Verizon is lucky to have her!

After working all day, and aggravated about my phone not holding a charge, I really didn't want to go deal with some young know it all with an attitude. So I was very pleasantly surprised and thankful with the service. The lady was about to leave, but because the other 2 people were busy she stayed and worked with me finding a phone and setting it up. No hateful attitude or being mad because she had to stay a little later. When one of the younger guys finished with his sale she then turned the completion of setup over to him. And I can honestly say, he was a very polite and respectful young man. Such a rarity at any business these days. I'm not easy to impress especially when the day was as bad as it's been, but these sales people did impress me.

Tiffany was on point with very thing. She was more than excellent. She helped us answered phones and took payments at the same time. She acknowledged customers as they walked in. She so helpful Verizon needs more people like her. I usually call cause I always feel ignored or rush but not this time. Tiffany did one hell of a job.

I had to come in to get my phone repaired but couldn't because it was on my step mothers plan. They hooked me up with a new phone for nothing down, a free tablet and my own plan at a great rate. Transferred all my files and let me keep my number. 11/10

It could have gone better matter fact I came to the store by accident and I'm glad I did because it went perfect she was great hunter fact I'm going to be coming back to the store more often but I was wondering if I can get a $20 coupon because my bills kind of high this month
