Anna went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I needed help looking for Loreal true match foundation that I could not find in three different towns nearby, and I came all the way out here to this store to get it, and it being the only bottle left (W7) and she updated me on the changes coming and the change and branding for one of my favorite foundations. She told me all about the care pass and beauty club. It was so worth it coming here. I will be back!!! Unfortunately the Taylor CVS location where I live by tends to run out of the shades I need for my skin tone.

Great service. Low wait time for the pharmacy at lunch time on a weekend. Got Covid boosters here and the pharmacist had the touch of an angel. I didn’t even feel the needle. Had the standard look, feel, and products of every other CVS. Easy access. Plenty of parking. All of the staff were friendly, competent, patient, and helpful.

I LOVE writing good reviews:) Lately, I've been experiencing just really terrible customer service at multiple places here in Round Rock that I visit all the time and they were lacking for one reason or another. It's just nice to walk in to a CVS and be greeted and asked if "I need help finding anything", and then when I leave, they say have a nice day. I believe there were 2 women working here this evening, I did not catch their names unfortunately, but they were lovely:) thanks for making it a nice trip yall:)

I'm sad to have moved away, but always come back to this location when I'm in town.
I've never had better service; from the front end employees, to the pharmacy and especially their manager, Juan.
They are always so helpful & friendly, even when my little one is being crazy 🤣

The customer service in this place is great. I use the pharmacy a lot, and they are a top-notch staff who actually seem to care about their customers. Some of their item prices are a bit high, but they have a great makeup selection and little things that you might need.

The store manager was really nice and understanding when I arrived to pick up something late after a family emergency. Store is clean, well organized, and I always find what I'm looking for.

I slipped into the store just minutes before closing time, half expecting a huff from the staff, but to my surprise they were extremely helpful & courteous.

The pharmacy has the best staff. Quick and accurate. Will never go anywhere else
