Amazing customer service both of the gentlemen who work here are very friendly, and helpful with all questions and concerns regarding the selection they have present. Wonderful selection of mods,tanks, THC, and juice flavors on hand. They are also surprisingly open on Sunday as well

No one knew what vaping was for real when I first met the owner, Jim, idk maybe 10+ yrs ago. I've stayed with serious vape ever since. (Funny but that's not the original name of the store) Knowledgeable and friendly the employees are eager to help out and carry a wide selection of juices, sticks, mods, tanks ECT from all the major brands. I recommend highly!

They can handle all your vape needs from choosing your new favorite juice to getting a simple coil... all the staff are prefect and capable to answer all your questions and take care of all your needs they even offer vape repairs. Constantly getting new things in!

Incredible atmosphere. We are Avid customers who enjoy the service. You can get a mod and tank that fits you perfectly for anything that you like. Very knowledgeable about all of the juices. A wide variety of accessories and they can create the best combinations for your needs. We actually live in Opelika Alabama, but we come down here every month. We make sure to come by the shop to get anything we need. It never fails that it's carried here. Not to mention the fact that it's fun to talk to Jim as well as the other staff members. Even after we have purchased what we need, we usually stick around to just hang out and talk to everyone. It's like going and visiting friends and family.

I came into the store and the manager helped me. I had broken my tank and had reminded me that I should have an extra one that came in the box when I bought my vape. I thank ked him for being honest and wasn't just going to sell it to me without me going home and looking for it. I did find it. Very professional! I will definitely go back even though I live down by the beach. It's worth the drive to support our small business that are truly honest with there customers. Thanks!😆

Bought my first actual set up here and won't buy from anywhere else. The juice is Always top notch. The hardware is a bit more pricey than other places but for the service I get I OK with that. Honestly the best vape store I've ever been too.

The employees and this owner of this shop are awesome. They help you with any of your needs from how to change a coil to knowing specifics of each mod and the best tasting juices. My experience with them rocked :)
