My experience with CV Linens chat as always been pleasant. Which is a large reason as to why I continue to shop with them. They are very good about assisting you with the best choice to make before placing your order and has ALWAYS stood behind their quality of service or guarantee 100% refund if not satisfied. However, Im not anticipated to not be satisfied with their service or merchandise.

This is my go to spot when I have to plan any event. The selection is great. I like going in person to see the materials then I usually make a pick up order online or I’ll overbuy. The customer service is great and I love the update the the showroom. If you are planning wedding, baby shower, or any event… check this place out for your party needs.

Went in this morning to pick up and order! I'm sorry I didn't get her name at the front desk. But ... Incredible & Outstanding Customer Service. The best I have seen in years! I want her for my business. From the moment she greeted me to the getting my order together - I couldn't wipe the smile from my face. I seriously would buy anything from CV with her at the helm. I will never buy from anyone else. I can't even tell you how impressed I am, I've already told 10 people of my experience. The customer service out there in these times are pitiful! But Wow! Your customer service was like a great big happy surprise! Great job and I will send anyone I can to CV for their linens.

I ordered from CV Linens in November 2016 for a January 2017 event. They had the best price on the web and free shipping. I confirmed my order and received my well packaged (minimal wrinkles) order within 3 days. Excellent service! I will use in the future as well as continue to reccommend to others. (FYI-I ordered 20 iridescent table runners for a Quinceanera)

Great customer service! The first order I had placed I ordered the wrong color tablecloth and they fixed it right away for me and I still received my order in record time! The second order I placed I ordered more than I needed and once again customer service was top notch! The linens are great quality and are the perfect colors! Our church just purchased chair covers for our services. The eggplant color changed the sanctuary settings. The covers look really nice. Thank you for fast delivery. The color was true to color. I did find 3 covers that did have a whole in then. We ordered 45 for now but we will order again from this site. Thank you again...

I am extremely happy with the assistance I got from Meghan B during an online chat as I tried to find the right color aqua/teal/turquoise. My shopping cart is almost complete and I have no doubt that all the items I order will be perfect for my St. Thomas wedding. They had my color Dusty Blue when no one else did. Their prices are so affordable and the quality was amazing. I placed my order on Thursday at 2pm and received it the next day with standard shipping (I live in Houston). I will definitely be shopping here for all my linen needs.

This company was awesome to work with. I had changes to my order and while I was still on the phone with them I had the changed order already on my computer to approve! Three hours later I got a call that the colors of the supposedly same color tablecloths in different sizes were a little bit off. They had already sent me a photo and if I could please look at it to decide how to move forward with my order. After a long nice discussion on the phone I stayed with my order which arrived promptly 2 days later. The color difference is so minor, you really have to look very closely to see it. Which company cares still so much about their customers? And the tablecloths a wonderful, I love the color and the price!!! For sure I will order more!

I can't say enough great things about CV Linens. I needed to find a good deal on several tablecloths (quickly) for my daughter's wedding, and Wow - I ordered from CV Linens because of their great prices, but their service was even better than their rates! I ordered on a Tuesday, received both orders on Thursday (just using "regular" shipping). Everything was sent perfectly, and the items look & feel great. I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered table overlays and tablecloths for my wedding. My wedding isn't until next year but I was worried they would take a while to ship. To my surprise, it took 6 days total from the moment I placed to order to when my items arrived at my house!! I was surprised at how quickly it took because I ordered over 40 items!!! The quality of the table overlays and tablecloths are superb for what I paid for! I'm super excited to use them for my wedding!

I returned one item because I purchased round shape instead of rectangular and I purchased the correct one. The return policy and process was very smooth and fast.
