The service here was fantastic. Trevor went above and beyond. Really took the time to answer my questions and provided honest information and opinions. Volunteered to help me search through the inventory to make sure I had the best possible options.

Store was super clean, well laid out and stocked with varied product options. Cant go wrong here. Great bags for a great price. Will come here again.

Fantastic customer service! Both Matthew and Trevor are a delight to be around, they both know their luggage very well and told me about the luggage that'd be the best bang for my buck. The colors are gorgeous, and they make me want to buy more. If I could, I would give this more than five stars, but the limit is five so. Will definitely be coming back, and I strongly recommend to anyone who needs luggage as well as good people who will stick in your mind forever. Peace

Fantastic customer service. From the first phone call, I was so impressed with the customer service offered by Trevor. He offered to schedule his break around the time that was convenient for me to arrive at the store. The suitcase was sent in for repairs and I received it back much quicker than anticipated. I am so impressed with Samsonite and it's employees. Great job!

Awesome store and amazing customer service. Matthew is wonderful and won't hesitate to go out of his way to make customer happy. I have visited 2-3 times in the last few weeks for purchase & other transactions. Matthew was patient and flexible to clarify any questions and address any concerns over the phone as well. I would give additional 5 stars to him.
