Banana Republic Factory Store

Stepping into Banana Republic offers such a positive experience. The staff is extremely helpful. They really do know how to put such fabulous outfits together for any occasion. I can't say enough wonderful things about this store.

I liked the style of clothing here. They have a lot of office wear, more conservative styles, and better quality than other places. They are a bit higher priced but do have sales.

Great prices! I compared the pricing and discounts offered at this store with the online prices, and the discounts are much bigger in store. I highly recommend shopping at this store in person to find great deals and try on different outfits. I found several new work dresses at great prices! Almost all of the dress I found were 50% off! Emma was the sales associate who assisted me, and she found great options for me.

I love this store. So much to offer in alot of sizes and it’s always clean. They don’t allow messy shelves. Clearance even organized and staff was helpful.

I am so happy I happened to stumble upon this place. We were perusing around the Round Rock outlets and my husband convinced me to give it a chance since I didn't like the one at the Domain and must I say I have fallen in love since then. Love the selection and the sales are a major us!!!!!!

So I bought a coat from this location about a few months ago. I wore it a few times but realized, today, that 4 buttons were missing. So I called the number on their website and for some reason they said that I should try talking to the store manager because they couldn't help me. I call the Banana Republic at the Round Rock location and ask to speak to the store manager. I explained what happened and she said she would call corporate to see if they could help me out. It's sounds a little stupid but I didn't pay for this coat to lose 4 buttons and never wear it again. I just thought I'd share how Debbie, the store manager, helped so much. I can't say that she can get a hold of these buttons but I like how she tried. Great customer service~!!! Thanks Debbie!!!!

I was having super bad luck finding my sizes here, and the staff was so nice when it came to looking for a few items in my size. Although I didn’t find much the staff was great, the sales were great, and my family was able to leave with a few things as well.

One of my favorite go to stores for all the basics. Classy style, quality clothing. And the outlet makes it the right price!
