AT&T Store

Mercedes did an amazing job and helped me with all my issues. She was expedient and fantastic. I accidentally selected that I was dissatisfied in the survey rather than extremely satisfied and it wouldn’t let me correct it. She was amazing and I am very satisfied. I hope this review finds it’s way to her manager and she is not penalized for my fat fingers.

Great experience!! Had lots of issues with trying to activate a phone. Roy was able to get me taken care of and was even able to save me money. This store is fantastic. They are a true AT&T store and can do repairs on site. Its a must visit for anyone with AT&T wireless service. Thanks Roy!

I love this store! I’ve been in three times with issues and had an amazing experience each time. The location is great, there’s an easily accessible parking garage, and the employees are patient and helpful. I personally had a great experience with Eli, the manager, and one other person (sorry I can’t remember your name!).

Amazing store and amazing customer service. Every time. Today when I came by I worked with Merci, who couldn't have been more awesome - so knowledgable, friendly, understanding and helpful.

This AT&T store is exceptionally high quality. We have had numerous issues with transferring data from our old phones from our new phones. We've been to multiple different AT&T stores in Houston and Austin, and this is the best one. In particular, we got great personal service from Eli, one of the sales reps at the store. More than deserving of a five star review.

Thank you for Eli's help. He patiently helped me figure out and solve my problem. He did his best to contact AT&T telephone customer service. After around 2 hours of effort, they finally transferred my phone number to AT&T. However, I greatly appreciate your help, Eli.

Came to AT&T store today with a replacement phone to ask for help transferring data from my old to new phones. Lucky for me, I got Neal to help; he was so pleasant, competent, explained everything, taught me how to use the new device, and Neal was fun! AT&T should be so happy to have this smart man working for them! Super positive experience.

I had some major issues with my account and had been sent the wrong phone from an online order. After weeks of going back-and-forth with centralized customer service, I finally went into the store. My problems were very complex, and it took the store, associate, Mercy, and her manager a few days to get things right. I was incredibly impressed with them and we’ll go here first from now on.

The associates at this location are so friendly compared to some others around town. I used to manage the phone plan for my law firm and I'd always come in here to buy phones for new hires. Service was always really friendly and I never felt like they were upselling me on anything.

If you go to one of the AT&T sites for technical help, not just to buy a phone, go to one of the Corporate Offices, not a Retail Store. My experience at the Corporate store on 5th St. was better than I could had ever, ever experienced! My issue was complicated by my own making, but the Tech actually took time and was very patient. I was so grateful.

WOW. I was blown away at how incredibly helpful and professional the staff was at this store. It is rare that anyone shocks me in providing laudable assistance in a retail location, but the two employees here were incredible patient, knowledgeable, and over-the-top excellent in making many adjustments to my new iPhone (and Apple Watch) to connect everything. The manager, Alexa, was extraordinarily polite, diligent, and superb at delivering top-notch customer service. Thank you, THANK YOU.

Dillon is amazing. Every time I find myself in a dilemma due to my Samsung and I squabbling, he rescues me from a meltdown.
Easy to locate, plenty of parking, incredible service with competent employees.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had such an excellent experience with Jake today getting switched over from Verizon to AT&T, so I had to write this.

Jake is incredibly knowledgeable, awesome to work with, and made my experience coming back to AT&T so enjoyable.

Everyone should ask for him by name and if his manager sees this, get this man a raise! :)

I cannot begin to describe how pleased I am with the care I received here! It's 10/10! Wish I can give them 10 stars. The staff is AMAZING (especially David and Jessie). It was my first time with At&t, wasn't sure how everything works. But they walked me through all steps and explained everything for me. They are very kind, caring and patient. They helped me to set up a new Firstnet account and the post train-in process was simple and super quick! The manager is very knowledgeable, polite, and wonderful person ever! I can tell that they have a great teamwork, the staff took plenty of time to ensure that all of my needs and questions were well-met. They go over and beyond to make sure you’re experience was perfect! I absolutely had a great visit here, I won’t go anywhere else now! Thank you, guys!! I appreciate it!

Jake was amazing. I went to get a new iPhone because mine got screwed and I was kinda not sure what to get but he helped me a lot. We went into some troubles with transferring phone number but he was very helpful and patient with it! It took some time but we did it! Meanwhile he handled my sense of humor very well while doing his job and that’s helped me to not stress at all! 5 stars to this guy! Overall I had a great experience and happy to give this review from my new iPhone! Again big thanks to Jake.
Good store, nice people and good atmosphere!

My family and I came in to trade in our phones and change providers to AT&T. I usually never write reviews, but after our experience, I knew I needed to give credit to the wonderful employees there, especially Shana who helped us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and explained everything very clearly throughout our whole time there (and with trading in 4 phones on top of switching providers, there was a lot going on). She went above and beyond, and I am very impressed with the service we received. Also, just want to say thank you again, Shana, we greatly appreciate you!
