Josh's NOFRILLS Essex

This grocery store is well organized, well stocked and very clean. Special attention is taken for sanitation. I prefer baskets that don’t require a loonie as I usually don’t have one but if you ask the security guard he will gladly unlock a basket for you if you haven’t a loonie. The prices here are usually 50 cents to a dollar less expensive than other stores for each item.

Always affordable and reasonable prices. The store is full of so many great products. The staff are always nice and helpful.

First time here as recently moved to Essex. Clean, organized, well stocked, great prices, and cashier was very pleasant.

Josh's No Frills in Essex exceeded my expectations. They offer a wide variety of products, covering all my needs. The staff is friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist. Checking out was a breeze, saving me valuable time. I highly recommend Josh's No Frills for its great selection, helpful staff, and seamless checkout process.

Always excellent customer service. On Dec 27 at 8pm I asked two young men working at the back to bring down a product that was too high up. The two of them came very quickly and with the help of a ladder helped bring down the product and placed it in my cart. At the check out lane I always go to Joan. She is so wonderful and always the bearer of good tidings.. It's a great pleasure to shop at Josh's No frills.

Great prices. Check out the Garlic Sauce made by Grape Leaves Food Windsor Ontario. AMAZING!!

Since the new owner came in this place has been amazing! The employees have always been kind (and I go there frequently) and helpful.
The people on stock know where everything is and the people at till provide a great customer experience, they're very happy and open to conversation.

I do not shop there very often ,I want there because I was looking for sprouted power bread ,they had one and cost $9.99, I was shock ,the exact same bread at Zehrs is $5.99, to me ,I am going to purchase my groceries at Zehrs from now on.

I always go every Sunday evening when shelves are being restocked and it is WAY less busy. I never have to wait long in line, and because the shelves are being restocked, they almost always have what I need. Their produce is always fresh. The staff is always super curtious and the store is always clean. Definitely the best No Frills I have ever shopped at.

Reasonably priced goods (all considered) with everything I needed, available.

I was amazed at how much staff there was and cash register at the store when I walked in. Lots of people stocking the shelves throughout the whole store. Pricing was very clear on most items I was looking at, with the new digital price items. Even at the register, I was short a couple dollars for my Points, the girl recommended an item, to get it over and help get the points.

All of the staff was super friendly. Clean store, the staff is always quick to help.

I always have a pleasant trip when shopping at the Essex No Frills. Their produce is fresh, the prices are great and everyone is courteous and kind. This is my go to spot now!

Service is excellent. I am curious though. The Health Department says NOT to bring your own bags or containers. That stores will supply bags. Yet I payed for my bags today.

Three weeks later. Got groceries today. And had to pay for bags again. Why????

This store is located at 53 Arthur Ave. In Essex, On. They are always well-stocked and extremely organized.
Two employees by the names of Nash and Jordan we're very helpful when looking for a product. They took the time to go to the aisle to help me find a specific item that I could not seem to find.
