They are located centrally in Essex county and their show room is a good size. It has plenty of variety, options and displays. They offer a ton of different options beyond what is on the floor. They have good sales and the prices are competitive. Stop in and visit the store to see what they have.

I was looking for a specific sectional couch that not all furniture stores had… When I walked through the door I was greeted by Renee Oncea. She was friendly and helpful! Getting me all the measurements I needed. The price, quality and availability all lined up Renee followed up with me to make sure I was happy with everything! We have purchased a number of pieces from this store over the years and have always been happy with our purchases. Most recently we purchased 4 solid wood dining chairs, 2 upholstered dining chairs and a large leather sectional. The sectional took 12 weeks but was a custom order and it just arrived last week. All the pieces are perfect in our new home and we are thrilled with how we were able to find the perfect items for the look we wanted in the new house. Renee was a dream to work with and we will be back again for additional furnishings as we settle in and figure out what else we need. Many thanks for excellent products and outstanding service.

Purchased a chaise sofa made by Stylus from EHF. It is for a uniquely shaped and small room, and it was a challenge finding something that would fit and that we could get into our old home. I found the pricing at EHF better than competitors, and the quality of the sofa is very high end.

But the best part of the experience was dealing with the professionals at EHF. DAWN was the most knowledgeable sales person. She really knows the furniture business and the products they carry. After years of putting off buying a good sofa and going through a few cheap ones, because it was so hard to find something to meet my needs, she was able to offer invaluable information to help make the best decision.

In addition, the delivery service was awesome. David and his partner were polite, professional, careful, quick and efficient.

I went into every furniture store in the Windsor/Essex County area, and I am extremely happy I ended up purchasing from EHF. Highly recommend!

Went in there to find a new couch after Ashley's couch was complete garbage. Found a great quality sectional with the help of Rosie. She was awesome. Definitely ordering from there. Their quality is far superior, trust me!

Looking for reclining chairs, but my the prices seem really elevated from last time we looked. However, we found a cute small 3-seater couch with recliner either side. We didn't want a cup holder feature in the middle. When tested for comfort, the unit really suited our desires! Rosie was excellent in taking our request price up the management chain and we drove home with our purchase. The guys moved it off the shop floor and wrapped it so beautifully for the ride home. We were very happy with our shopping experience. Thanks Rosie you made it happen!!!!

Sometimes things don’t go as planned in the moving of furniture. But things happen and the real test is how a company deals with issues. After a not so careful moving crew made a mess of the carpet, I was upset and left a review stating so. I was immediately contacted by Mike at EHS and he had a company ready to come out and clean the rug. I had already cleaned the rug, so instead he gave us a discount on the remaining amount owed. I am more than happy with this customer service and will definitely be recommending this company. Thank you!

We had a great sales experience with one of their saleswoman named Rene. We have had her before at another furniture store and will definately follow her wherever she sells. She is very respectful and knows her product. You can trust what she tells you is accurate. We highly recommend if you are in the market for furniture you seek her out. The grade of furnishings at this store is high and plentiful. She will go out of her way to help you find what suits you with still not being pushy. Beautiful store with great products.

Very happy with the customer service we received at EHF, and particularly our salesperson, Renee. After an issue with a supplier which was beyond their control, Renee and the EHF team went out of their way to look after us and made sure we were happy with the end result. Without question we will shop at EHF again in the future, and we would recommend you ask for Renee!
