We bought an Electrolux washer and dryer set and we are so pleased with them.

And was able to cut down on the number of loads I would normally do.

I have been dealing with Essex appliance for years. My fridge died. I was in tears an had to feed a family of 5. I was asked not to reveal exactly how ABOVE & BEYOND they went ! Needless to say none of my food was spoiled ! They treated me like I was their family ! I never go anywhere else ! Thank you . Love em to the moon & back !!. I have always bought Maytag ! Now want a new fridge to go with New stove. But I can't kill the darn Maytag fridge ! They also have the best service guys ! Serviced washer one time. Husband broke lid switch.
No one payed me to say this ! But they are truly the Best ! ( To the owner Please don't ever change your A-1 Customer service . The guys will tell you my story. I tell it everything I buy an appliance) Have Rental units so bought many appliances
P.s - DONT LISTEN TO JERRY BROWN REVIEW THAT IS A LIE. Why ? Because I WANTED the Cafe stove with DOUBLE oven until Derrick made me bend down so low & let me know it wouldn't fit a large turkey . You must advocate for yourself by asking questions. THESE GUYS ARENT MIND READERS ! SORRY, but I needed to stick up for these good people.

I recommend Essex Appliance with a 5 star. Bought a washer and they were able to deliver the next day. Unfortunately it wasn’t completing the cycle. They worked hard to fit a repairman in the following day and he was able to fix it in a few moments. A plug under the machine was unplugged. He knew exactly what the problem was. From sales to delivery to customer service to repair, all were professional and knowledgeable.

We got great advice on how to manage our stress for a fridge ready to conk out while having to wait 3 weeks for delivery. Very helpful indeed! Additionally, we were given good reasons on why we did not need to buy the top of the line new washing machine. It is so nice to know that our sales representative, Frank R. was working to sell us what we needed versus going for the up-sell. Finally, the guys that came to deliver the fridge and washing machine on the VERY hottest day of the year were very efficient and nice to have working in our home, all the while navigating tight corners of an old house without the benefit of a dolly! We will return when it is time to replace our stove and dryer!

Needed a new dryer and they had one that was on sale . Looked at several and could have bought one of several options. The fact that they had free delivery and removal of old unit sinched the deal

Edit: Had to replace my dishwasher today. In and out in 15 minutes with a great deal on a replacement, they loaded it up for me and everything. I highly recommend Essex Appliance Centre.

Edit #2: Just had the guys send me a new Kitchenaid Gas range, thanks for the great price and service. I really appreciated the delivery team taking the time to put down mats to protect my new hardwood and taking their time to ensure nothing was damaged.

After a bad experience and being left in the lurch by a big box furniture store. Essex Appliance came to the rescue on a new washing machine. Everyone from the sales staff to the delivery team were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Special thanks to Frank who went out of his way to bring me a missing clamp and email me a owner/service manual. He was also super helpful and friendly the whole time. I will not be shopping anywhere else for my appliance needs moving forward.

Our refrigerator died at 19 years of service. Andrew went out of his way to present us with all the refrigerators that fit into our kitchen cabinetry and were also in stock. That made our choice easy. Andrew then got us same day delivery and removal of our dead refrigerator. We are longtime customers and always made Essex Appliance Center our first stop.
