They guys here were great in helping us out with phone issues we have been having for awhile.

Today i went to the store needing assistance with my personal line. I was only able to communicate with my speaker phone on. It has been very frustrating for me to have conversations all day everyday on speakerphone. I was assisted by the store manager Kyle. He troubleshot my device and calmed me down during the process. Come to find out i needed another phone. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and put me at ease that not only did I upgrade, but i also decided to try the home internet service. If you want quality customer service, you need to see him.

Hands down the best TMobile to go to. My phone shut off randomly and came in here and talked to Narmina and she fixed it instantly.

By far the best store around! Great staff and never a wait It’s like a hidden gem.

Best t-mobile experience I've ever had. William was knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. The manager was super chill and helpful too. I didn't feel rushed or pressed to buy the most expensive phone in the store.

Sarah is very service oriented. She spent a lot of time with me working out problems with my phone. She treated me like I was the most important person in the store. She made sure I fully understood everything that she did to the phone and my account. She is an asset that should be treasured.

Originally I had rated the customer service at this store very low due to a poor experience with a buy-one-get-one offer. I received a call from them the very next day and they informed me that they would like to ensure that I received the product I expected. They honored the original buy-one-get-one offer and corrected the issue. Although the initial experience was lacking, they made up for it by reaching out again and correcting the issue. This store showed me that they do care about customer service and I felt compelled to come back and adjust this review accordingly. Thank you.

Really friendly employees one of them knows russian which was really helpful for some one I know struggling with English and they have a lot of patience.

Young man was very helpful in helping with choosing a new phone. Can't remember his name but was tall. Picked out a new phone. Will return next week to buy it. We have always had a great customer service when ever we needed help. Thank you

The Manager (Tyler) was awesome. Very knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive to our questions. The best experience I have ever had at a mobile phone store.

Galo really want the extra mile to get me a newer model from a different store because they were sold out of what I wanted. My phone screen broke and with a trip planned for tomorrow, I needed a fast service and a phone that day. He 100% provided that with honesty and integrity. He made me want to continue to use T-Mobile!

The store manager (Carson) helped me out this week ordering my new iPhone! I couldn’t be happier with the service! It was quick, flawless, and I didn’t feel pressured! Fantastic service I can’t wait to upgrade again!

Went in and spoke with chris about a new phone which they didn't have on display but he was able to get one that I could put hands on tho I ultimately didn't buy the phone I truly appreciate the time he gave me and definitely would return in the future

Wasn't too busy when I visited and was helped within 5 minutes. Altogether was in and out in under 20, so it was an overall pleasant experience at this location.

Came to this store and switched to T-Mobile today. Reed did a wonderful job and made everything so easy. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.
