Walmart Supercenter

I usually never leave a review, but I wanted to compliment the bakery. I ordered our son birthday cakes from here and cupcakes and they turned out so beautifully. Definitely a hit .

Great location and typically well stocked. Clean restrooms, tons of parking, friendly employees, and better prices than other stores. Never usually a problem with grocery pickup. The pharmacy folks could improve their customer service skills. Otherwise, this is a fantastic Walmart! There are also quick food options nearby including a Panda Express, Mod Pizza, and Dave Killer Burger. Plus there's a Subway in this Walmart. The "hassle-free" returns using the app isn't hassle-free if you have to wait in line to drop off the items.

This review is inspired by the experience I had just a couple hours ago. Self checkout was closed so I went to check stand 3 where Faith was on duty. She rang up my cart full of items and I swiped my credit card. Unbeknownst to me, my creditor canceled my card because it wasn’t activated for use in time so it wouldn’t work. Faith was kind to me about it and suspended the transaction so I could call my creditor. I got back in line prepared to use another form of virtual credit that required a Walmart app update I was unaware of. Faith was so patient while the line behind me was getting longer. She didn’t seem anxious and I kept apologizing when the woman in line behind me kept making rude comments about how long I was taking. I felt really bad, but Faith gave me the grace I needed in that moment to commit to purchasing my items. When that card wouldn’t work, I asked if I could come back again because of the rude customer behind me and Faith was so sweet, she assured me that these things happen and she understood that I was trying my best to figure out my circumstance. Another gentleman stepped in to give her a break and she wished me well. She totally had that sweet mom energy I really needed in that moment. She didn’t make me feel anxious or embarrassed at all, when she didn’t have to care in the least. But she did. Thanks to her kindness and grace, I wasn’t upset at all when I left after my husband approved the debit purchase via phone..
I hardly ever shop at Walmart because I live across town. But she is the reason I will come back to shop again. She is a perfect example of the love we should show one another that our world is greatly lacking today. Thank you so much Faith for being so wonderful to me today and for remaining calm and collected when the other customers were hastily upset. You are a Diamond in the rough! I placed an online order for my favorite cologne, and this Walmart Supercenter out in Orchards, which is at the opposite end of town from where I live but was the only one that had it in stock, so I ordered 2. I received a confirmation email telling me it'd be available for curbside pick-up, and I'd be notified when it was ready.

I'm not familiar with this particular store, and after circling the parking while looking for the pick-up area, I finally, in frustration, parked my car and went inside.

I went to the customer service desk, and after explaining that I never did find the store pick-up area, I was now inside. I was fortunate to meet two different employees who were a great help in locating my order and bringing it up to me in the customer service area. I'd like to specifically acknowledge Danyelle and LaNaya for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one and really going up and beyond to make sure I left the store happy. They were awesome!!

I strongly suggest better and more visible signing for the pick-up area. Unbeknownst to me, I had actually passed it more than a couple of times, but due to it being hidden by arborvitae and my unfamiliarity with the store, I totally missed it. I'm sure I'm not the only one it's happened to, so hopefully, this issue will be addressed.

It's a good place to shop if you can trust them to not do some shady stuff.

Cleanest store i have ever been to. Wasn't chaotic and there were enough cashiers.

As always Walmart provides a great service they always have everything I need. Their prices are reasonable. And the staff is always been very helpful. I recommend this convenient shopping center to anybody. Not only do they have food products they also have hygiene beauty products and clothing and shoes. If you need something anything you will probably find all that you need there.

Store is clean and the staff is friendly! Well stocked, easy to navigate!

This Walmart is one of the best I've visited everyone is so nice and they are very passionate about my late comings and goings they are Alot of nice folks there

My local Walmart,,but contrary to some belief,it's a wonderful store,,always helpful,and all I need on my doorstep. Even self checkout, Leia, Danny, Tony,,, always helpful and courteous. I go every day and will continue to do so.

Great location for the neighborhood. Anytime I need something last minute they are a great option. They typically have everything in stock that I am looking for. Very little babe I seen long lines for check out as well
