Nate and Josh showed up to recover two of our trucks from a very soft and muddy field. They got to our location quickly, and both were extremely professional, efficient, and friendly while getting us unstuck despite it being 8 PM and raining. You usually assume tow truck companies are untrustworthy and sleazy, but these guys are a very welcome contrast to that stereotype and I couldn't recommend them higher.

My driver Riley was awesome. He had no problems getting my big truck loaded up. They came through for me when two other companies were unable to tow it for me. Highly recommended Freedom Towing.

Riley was absolutely amazing! From the moment he arrived, his customer service was above and beyond. This wasn’t an easy situation as my father in law put his truck in a deep ditch, but Riley’s positive, can do attitude gave me hope. He worked extremely hard and with his expertise, he got the truck out of the ditch and actually got the truck started too. Riley is an extremely valuable asset to this company and I’m very happy he showed up! Father in law was ok too

My wife said Riley was amazing! He towed our car with no problem. He offered to let my daughter use the horn and even showed her the lights! She loved it. My mother in law was paying for the tow and she only dealed with him on the phone and even she said he’s so nice! We’d recommend

TOW #1
After experiencing a major mechanical failure, I was in need of a towing company’s assistance. I’m so grateful that Roadside Assistance sent Freedom Towing! In the midst of the snow and ice storm (January 2024), the initial ETA was, understandably, 2 hours. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Riley that he was ~15 minutes away. What a relief!!

Riley was amazing – professional and knowledgeable, as well as personable – with an impressive top-notch and well-maintained truck. I felt at ease and confident that my car was in good hands throughout the entire process.

In a stressful and unexpected situation, Riley provided exceptional service and made the experience as comfortable as possible. This didn’t feel like just another tow, but true concern for Freedom’s customer!

TOW #2
Unfortunately, Tow #1 was to a specialized shop. Turned out that the mechanical failure was not the type of repair the shop was specialized in. Ugh…

After my experience with my first tow I, of course, called Freedom for the second one.

Our LQ 32 Foot Horse Trailer jack sank down into our gravel road almost a foot. Couldn't lift it high enough to get truck under it. Freedom showed up with in 20 minutes. Although Reilly said he had never seen anything like it, he put together a plan in minutes, got it lifted and helped get material under it to avoid it happening again. Highly recommend! Really got us out of a tricky situation, smiling the whole time! Thanks guys!

Michael picked up my BMW and took it to a shop across town. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Company is Veteran owned as well👍 highly recommend.

Freedom Towing helped me in a pinch! My difficult driveway was one obstacle, going to a shop that couldn’t help me was another, taking me to a shop miles away was the final destination. Owner was incredibly kind, respectful and funny along our journey! I’d recommend this company for any service they offer every day of the week 💪🏼

Josh is the consummate business owner. We met at midnight, after our son got in a wreck at Fargher Lake corner outside of Battle Ground, in the pouring down rain. The vehicle wasn't mobile, and he assured me our insurance would cover the tow.

The next day, we worked through scenarios and he provided insight into what shops to work with in town. He ended up picking correctly and though the vehicle ended up being totaled, I'm confident the repairs would have gone well.

Despite us being in a bit of a panic, he was thoughtful, patient, and informative.

We fell into a ditch this Snowmageddon, and couldn't get other companies to come and help us out. But thanks to Freedom Towing, Riley came and saved the day! We're forever grateful for your great customer service, kindness, and radiating joy. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! THANKS AGAIN!!! :D

Riley was so incredible! He arrived way sooner than ETA and he was such a ray of sunshine at 6:30 in the morning. He went above and beyond with helping us with our Subaru. He made a stressful situation manageable due to his kindness and upbeat personality. He was both professional and personable, and immediately made me and my partner feel comfortable.

Riley was absolutely the most professional and helpful person I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Having an EV dead in the water posed a few challenges for us but Riley didn't even sweat it. He informed me how we were going to get my vehicle on the truck and happily let me know what he was doing and why as to not damage any of the drive systems of my car. I would pay top dollar any day for Riley's help and I hope this company knows how much of an asset he truly is.

Riley picked my partner and I up today after my car broke down today. My car has over 350k miles so I’ve been in a few tow trucks before. I can sincerely say I have never felt more comfortable, or had better experience with a driver! Riley was the nicest guy, shared about his family and the community (I’m new in town) and generally put me at ease.
The truck was also very comfortable & clean and Riley let us know we were welcome to adjust the temperature to assure we were comfortable while he did the hard work loading my car onto the trailer.

Riley was the best driver. We had a sort of an annoying job with a truck stuck in a small space, the battery too dead to put into neutral and whatnot, but Riley was so patient and good at his job. I would 100% recommend to anyone who needs anything towed! My kids loved watching too 😊

Freedom Towing has came out multiple times through AAA to our house over the last few years. They've always shown up extremely fast and get the job done right. Mike was here withing 30 minutes of me calling, hooked my car up right and got it to a shop across town which I requested. Very kind and helpful service when you need it. Couldn't recommend enough 👌
