The UPS Store Print and Ship

I needed to return a book to Amazon, I walked in, and all 3 employees were helping people, so I got in line. I looked over and noticed a kiosk for Amazon returns. I used it, and I was out in about 3 minutes. Quick and easy! Thank you for making it quick and easy. Keep up the great work.

This store is very easy to pop into, parking is great and so is the service! I watched team members help people learn the "quick" Amazon return option. They were kind, caring and helpful!

While I was there I had them print out an article on foam core board for my office! It looks great - they can do so much!

After experiencing terrible customer service today at the Orchards United States Postal Service, I decided to give UPS a try. I am so glad that I did! Olga was very helpful and gave me top notch customer service! The UPS store was fully staffed with what seemed like very friendly associates and the prices were even a little better than what I was about to pay at USPS. I will only be coming to UPS from now on when I need to ship a package. Thank you again Olga for all your help! Quick, convenient, and hassle free!

The employees (Ronika, Pilo and Olga) at this location (#5799) were so wonderfully friendly and extremely helpful with all my shipping needs, including some oversized and oddly shaped parcels. GREAT customer service!!

My wife and I have been very satisfied customers for at least 15 years. Terry retired and we were apprehensive of perhaps a changing service level . Nothing but up . The new Owner and her whole staff have continued the reputable service .

I do quite a bit of shipping gifts throughout the year. This UPS store is my go to shipper. Always properly packed if needed and timely delivery with accurate tracking. The helpful customer service with a smile is still alive here . The staff represents the brand well. Thank you all so much !

The most professional and highest quality print shop I've been to. Terry, the owner, personally completed my order and made sure everything was as it should be. He even re-printed our entire order when we small error in the first batch! If you're looking for a great print shop with many options, look no further.

Such a friendly staff!! My husband and I are visiting from Ohio. He hasn't seen his dad or grandmother in 20 years, since he was adopted. This store was able to print me out a canvas of a family picture I took yesterday and have it ready for me today so I could give it to his dad and grandma as a gift before we left! The picture was great quality and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable!!

I have used UPS off and on for many years in business and personally. I have to say I have had some bad experiences along the way, BUT... I feel that I must write a review for the Padden Market center Store, which I have used exclusively for 5 years or more. Terry and the entire crew at this location are spectacular in every department: courtesy and friendliness, quick service, knowledge and experience - the works! They really bend over backwards to provide excellent customer service. And you can tell it by their customer base. The store is tucked away in an almost invisible location, yet the place is busy and full of smiling faces every time I walk in. Rightfully so...

I had a super pleasant experience working with the UPS Store 5799 in Vancouver. I opened a Mailbox with Terry in June for a year and was surprised with a promotion they had running for an additional 3 months free! It turns out I didn't end up moving to Vancouver as planned and Terry was super generous and offered a partial reimbursement on the contract. I wouldn't hesitate to work with this UPS Store again!

Terry at the UPS store is the absolute best in his business! He prides himself in excellent customer services and quality printing! Terry has saved me in a pinch and always gets things done in a timely manner. His staff is friendly and knowledgable. They are always kind to my kids, when I bring them in in a hurry. They offer a variety of printing services, products and marketing services for businesses and everyday consumer. If you need anything at all printed or shipped to the the UPS store at Padden Market place.

A terrific place to have my publishing done. Great service, excellent rates and superior quality. Can't beat it anywhere!
Have used them for 5 years to publish a book and a monthly newsletter. They not only print it beautifully and fold it precisely , but use excellent quality paper stock and do it quickly.
One day turnaround is common and in a pinch they will usually do it the same day without an up-charge. I just email them a file copy and pick up the finished package. Terry will also give helpful advice if you aren't sure exactly what you want.
All this with efficient service and sincere smiles and if they spot a mistake they will call me. They also do package mailings, snail mailboxes, large dimension and large volume printing expediently.
Terry and his staff are indeed a breath of fresh air in a competitive and sometimes cynical world. Thank you guys!

We use the UPS Store at least once per week. Terry and his staff are really nice, helpful, and they get tasks I need done quickly. I mostly email them print jobs we need, and by the time I get to the store front, there they are in a little white UPS bag. Thanks for making my job easier!

I've had everything from basic copies to business cards and fliers, a waterproof face for an A frame sign, and even a really large vinyl pricing menu for my business. Terry has even taken the time to help me improve my designs that I have made with Microsoft Publisher. This team is like having my own personal print shop. And the mailing, shipping, faxing and notary services are great too.
