Starbucks

I moved to this area three years ago. There has not been one visit to this Starbucks that was not excellent service. They're consistent in their customer service, friendly, and always have a smile. Even on their worst or busy days.

Out of all the Starby's I go to, this place has become my new favorite spot in all of Clark County, and have easily been to over 20 here. Why? Their drive thru service at 8:15 in the weekday mornings is always friendly, always gets my dairy-free drink correct, they are quick, so long lines are no stress, never waited more than 10 minutes. I also feel safe at this location, unlike some around Vancouver with homeless camps out front, people stealing your drink from counter etc .

Everyone here was super sweet, and kind they made a very nice environment for morning coffee and book writing, I absolutely loved them, they made sweet conversation and the drinks and food were amazing, I definitely recommend this spot

First time in this Starbucks. Liked it. Good service, friendly staff. Good atmosphere to sit and chat.

Update 12/23: While Annika the Barista plans world domination, this place continues to be one of the friendliest Starbucks around easily in a 7500 mile radius. The manager is super friendly, just happens to have the same birthday as me (all not a coincidence), and the entire staff is always kind when my day isn't always going the best. There are troublemakers like Amber , that are just super baristas. This crew is absolutely the best.

1/23 - The Barista Annika is sales genius and recommended the Golden Foam Oleato as I was walking through the parking lot. She deserves to be Senior Manager at this location.

Need more drinks that are less sugar. Staff was very friendly. They should be paid more while the drinks cost less.

Great drive thru experience! The order was correct, and I tried a new breakfast sandwich. The barista was knowledgeable and friendly. There was only one car in front of me at the ordering site, two when I went to the pick up window, moved quickly even though I ordered hot sandwich.

Usually, a Starbucks is a Starbucks…

I love this Starbucks, they are amazing! The staff are so nice and they always remember me and my boyfriend. Whoever does the planning for the store, like the questions, or activities like “how many hidden of this thing in the store” does a really great job. I also loved when you guys did a spirit week. This Starbucks does a really good job of giving off a vibe of being apart of the BG community and not just a large coffee establishment. Thank you!

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when you consider how early we were going through their drive thru.

I come in there to pick up my mobile order every Monday thru Friday and sometime on the weekends and the AM crew is ALWAYS amazing. The entire store really!!! Thank you for always providing a good morning with energy booster. Haha!!

The manager who was working was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Was totally understanding that I wasn't ordering for myself but my girls who had gift cards and never get Starbucks.

Get you're cup of Joe here. They know their stuff. Fine coffee waiting for you.

These baristas are some of the friendliest, most helpful, most cheerful bunch I've ever met. And I go to a LOT of Starbucks'. They always take the time to make sure they understand and execute my custom orders correctly, and they greet me with a "welcome in!" the moment I walk in. Super pleasant, small shop feeling here.

One of my favorites! The drive thru line can get long but don’t let it scare you, it typically goes pretty quick!

Amazing service. Have been using the drive through for a while now. Always efficient and kind. My dog is sick and was barking. It’s been a rough week (house flood). They gave me a free ham and cheese croissant and my dog a puppuccino. Made my day. Thank you!

Quite friendly and helpful staff. It was the first time bringing my 20 month old daughter to a coffee shop. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere and music. And she loved the snacks and people watching! We sat at the large family style table in the middle of the space. It was comfortable enough for my daughter to feel safe, sitting without a booster or high chair.

The staff here are all absolutely stellar. If I ever have a problem with my order they’re quick to remake it, but they rarely have to. The people working here make this location 11/10. I come here every day. This is my favorite place. This is the best Starbucks. Heart.
