Zach was beyond helpful with shoe selection while helping several other clients at same time. Super knowledgeable about all shoe lines. He even told me when new selections will be out. Everyone on staff was busy helping clients & the level of service is stellar. Thanks guys!

I recently returned to playing tennis after a 20 year break so needless to say I was not up to speed on anything and to be honest was overwhelmed. That all changed when I walked in the Tennis Shop . Macon and Zach went over all the new racquet advancements and recommended demos to try and then over a few visits helped me find my ideal string and tension. Always friendly and patient no matter how dumb my question was and really have made a tremendous impact in my overall tennis game . I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my tennis needs and I have sent multiple friends their way and they all agree that the level of service is the best in town .

First time to visit my local tennis shop in a while to purchase some tennis shoes. It took two visits. Macon the owner and the team went over and above to make sure I came away happy with my choice. They have a great range of rackets and clothes and the service was excellent. There aren't many good tennis shops these days with the move to online. I will definitely make a point to come more often.

I hardly ever write reviews, but occasionally a product, company, or service comes along that warrants a few extra minutes to acknowledge tremendous effort. The service and attention to detail that Trent and Adrien provide on a consistent basis if unsurpassed. It's been a solid two years of monthly visits and consultation for our family. We feel lucky to have them (and their honest advice) so close to the house. Big Fan! Keep up the great work guys.

The folks at The Tennis Shop really know their stuff, and they are courteous and friendly to boot. Their selection is fantastic and their prices are more than fair. Their demo policy is the best in town by a country mile . We are huge fans and recommend them highly and without reservation . Only place to go for the tennis aficionado.

Amazing service, got my racquet strung and am still new to the sport and learning. The staff took extra time explaining the different aspects of stringing and giving great recommendations. Macon even stayed after hours to walk me through choosing and applying new grips. Will definitely be coming back.

Just a wonderful tennis shop. Trent and Adrian spend the time to understand your needs and form a relationship. I've been a long standing customer since we moved to Austin and I have rackets that are strung here pretty much weekly along with buying new rackets and other gear from here. Much better having a local option for tennis!

We have bought three racquets, shoes, and other items from the Tennis Shop. Service and friendliness were excellent. Prices matched those online - in other words, very good. There's every good reason to patronize this local store. We're fortunate to have them!

I know absolutely nothing about tennis. My son is a 12 year old junior player and beginning to get serious about his tournament play. Last year, they fit my son to the perfect racket and it made a huge difference in his game. This year, they bailed me out when he needed a new racket ASAP to play with in a tournament a few hours later- rechecking his size, giving advice, and getting it strung right away. Great service! So glad there is a local shop to help us out.

I was in Austin for the week on business having flown out from the UK and decided to see what local tennis stores they had. The Tennis Shop came up top so I headed over there purely for a look around. One hour later I'm coming out of there with a new racket, strung while I waited (had a coffee) along with a bag, and other bits and pieces. The service from Macon and Hoanh Le was first class. This place is the real deal. Trent & Adrian are not only exceptionally knowledgable but great people as well. I have bought 3 racquets from here in the past two months and keep coming back. They work to help support local high school tennis programs as well which is outstanding. If you need some new gear, you need to check this place out!!!

As a new customer, I automatically felt welcomed by the owner Trent when I walked into the store. Really knowledgable about the strings (which I went in for) and incredible customer service. Also an issue occurred; however, he didn't hesitate on fixing it and making it right. Very happy customer and looking forward to doing business with him.

My new go-to tennis shop! Just got back into tennis after years of not playing and needed a new racquet. Juan is super knowledgeable and walked me through different options and helped fit me with a racquet that was tailored to my game and play style. Purchased in store and he had it strung up and ready for me to take it out to play in 30 min. Such a comfortable racquet to hit with and definitely what I needed! I bought my first tennis racquet in the store! I was super lost and had not idea of what I was looking for. I appreciate the time they took to explain all the differences between the racquets. You can tell Macon/Hoanh really care about every customer they help. I've been coming here for a little over a year and it always feels like I'm visiting friends. The drive is long for me but it's worth it for the friendliness, service and selection. There is no competition.

Adrian is awesome! I had one of my racquets stolen so I went by The Tennis Shop to get a replacement. They were out of my racquet of choice so Adrian asked me a few questions about my gameplay and how I liked my usual setup. Adrian suggested a different racquet with a different type of string. I was a little hesitant to purchase this new setup but I am now super happy I took his advice. Adrian is a wizard that us mere mortals should be blessed to know. Thanks for the suggestion Adrian, my arm is loving the new setup!!!

Just picked up a new Wilson Blade from this store. The service was awesome. It’s nice to speak with people that actually have an opinion on what is right for you and then the item purchased exceeds expectations. You can’t get this level of expertise on Amazon. Great place! I highly recommend!

In serious need of new strings I read a few great reviews, decided to roll the dice, and drove over to The Tennis Shop at 2:30 today. Unsure of the turnaround, I was prepared to say goodbye to my racquet and leave it overnight like I've done at other shops in the past. As I walked in I was immediately greeted by Trent, the owner, who was busy stringing a queue of other racquets. After he helped me pick out a fresh set of strings I asked if he'd be able to string my racquet while I waited. Despite the queue, and without much hesitation, he gladly snuck me in after he finished his current string job. Trent really went above and beyond to ensure I'd have my racquet for this evenings match. While I hung out he was more than happy to discuss the Yonex racquets I'd been eyeing! After just one visit Trent has earned my business and I'll definitely be coming back here for all of my tennis needs.
