Always clean. Plenty of helpful staff available. If you're a club member and pay attention you can save money here and there, but not as economical as HEB

Love this store ( all of them) . Great weekly sales, food,produce,meats, etc always beautiful, clean & appetizing. Floral sections is like stepping on to tropical island. Never over crowded. Just always spotless.. Staff, professional, friendly & helpful. Always have items I don't see everywhere..💯

She was trying to pick out her pumpkin. They had such a cute display in front of the store. Everyone was so friendly. They even had a Starbucks inside so she could get her a unicorn cake pop which is a special treat occasionally 💜

So, I'm an HEB shopper. This was my first experience with randalls. I gave it five stars because it's a very nice grocery store. Very well organized. Very clean. All the staff is extremely courteous. And they seem to be smaller than HEB. So you can find an associate for help fairly quickly. Unlike HEB. The only thing I didn't like is that they keep their cigarettes behind the customer service desk. But other than that it's a great grocery store.

It's a very nice small supermarket. The prices are higher than HEB on some items but they have weekly specials. You can get good deals on the meat sometimes. The service is always great. The workers are always helpful and friendly.

Ok. The 1st Randalls had no power because of the ice storm. So they were closed. I went to the store on Mesa instead. GREAT store too. I found everything I needed. And then bought 2 boxes of Girl Scout Cookies on the way out. Yay!

Late night shopping is easy here. Shop at your leisure. Not many employees stocking to get in the way. Easy checkout with a real person, not just self check out. Bus stops in front of the store. Friendly cashiers. Will shop here again.

The Mesa Randalls is one of their best stores. It's always super clean, great produce, and a meat and seafood counter. The floral services are very good as well. Friendly, helpful employees and plenty of parking.

I realize they’re a little pricier, but I prefer how quiet Randall’s is any day of the week. I’d rather have a enjoyable grocery visit and spend a few bucks more than deal with a crowd every time I need to eat.

I found the seasonings I needed. And the help was friendly and courteous.

Randall's are always nice and clean and well stocked. I like that the stores are smaller than the mega sized grocery stores and yet they still have everything you need. The quality of fresh baked products are tasty and fresh. I wish there were Randall's were I live.

Randall's is my jam. You gotta use the app though. Seriously, get the app and don't buy beer here because 1) their selection is boring and 2) it's the same price as any gas station. But otherwise this place is great. Staff is helpful, never as crowded as HEB, still feels like a small town grocer as opposed to the massive big boys. I know it's owned by Safeway, but just going on feel it seems friendly.

Like the Randalls on mesa for when I'm in a hurry and can get in and out quickly. Especially, since they added the two self serve checkout.
I think their prices might be a little higher than HEB but sometimes it's just worth it to not deal with the massive stampede at HEB.
I believe Randalls baguettes are also better than HEB's.

I started shopping here since they have a pharmacy, who by the way have the nicest staff, but also because they're so much closer. The store is clean, and there is a wide variety of food. I like the in-store cafe, something you don't have in many HEB's or similar stores. The atmosphere here is also nice and I never have a problem finding parking.

Great selection in every department. I like their soups and eat tem at the in-house Starbucks. I always find a good value if I take a moment and look; today it was 50%-off ground beef. Great floral selection, including fresh arrangements and plants: florist-quality and great value. The handicapped women's restroom stall is big enough for your cart.

The convenience of a corner store but it's a full on grocery store. 9 times out 10 I park on the very front row and the cashier knows me by name.

Sometimes the produce isn't as fresh as it could be but still 5 stars because I never have to wait and the staff is so nice.

I will fight anyone who besmirches this fine establishment!

Is it a bit dated? Yes.
Is it priced higher than the other chains? Yes.
Can I get in and out in 5 minutes? YES!

They have what I want and it's an easy trip. The store is laid out well for people to intuit where things will be.
