We went in to buy a holster for my husband and walked out with a new shotgun for me! I am so excited! Everyone was very knowledgeable and attentive. I knew why I wanted a shotgun. However I did not have any specific make or model that I was looking for and they helped me find the one that met my needs. Thank you H & H!

Everytime I go in here it’s a friendly atmosphere. Very knowledgeable people and very fair prices. Definitely recommend stopping in for all your gun needs.

I talked to the owner/manager a few days ago and told him what I wanted, and why I wanted it. He had several weapons in stock that filled the requirements set by me. He even directed me to a better deal that probably made him less money, but he knew what my budget was. Not only did he have the weapon I wanted, but he had ammo for it as well. He quoted me a price including a scope and taxes etc. and was actually cheaper than his quote! The weapon of choice for me at the moment is a .243 Winchester. He was half the price of the dealer I went to first. He also had the exact ammo I wanted, and he was very professional, nice, and knew his business. The shop was very clean, and he is very particular about how he does business. I could have saved about $10.00 by going to Knoxville, however I would have eaten that up in gas very quickly. After my experience today, I will never go anywhere but H&H from here on out, and I am directing my daughter, and son in law to him as well. Great guy to work with, keep up the good work!

Went in here a couple weeks ago (first time ever going into the shop). Right off the bat saw some ammo at an excellent price! Proceeded to walk around and be amazed how much selection there truly was in this place. Prices are good and service was excellent! They were not pushy and were willingly open to let my wife look without feeling overwhelmed like in some other places.

Excellent, knowledgeable, and great place overall!! Will definitely go back! (My wife says this is her favorite gun shop for anything!)

We went to this store while in town visiting family. The gentleman that was there today was very knowledgeable about firearms and all the other products he was selling.....HE WAS COURTEOUS AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS...

He had ammo in stock and sold us ammo without purchasing a firearm. Nice selection of firearms and quality parts.

my experience with this establishment was very, very positive. I live 3.5 hours away but wouldn't hesitate to drive to patronize this business again.

Went to every big firearm store there was in pigeon forge and surrounding areas looking for a buffer and buffer spring and none of the shops carried them. To my surprise I found this shop and it was an incredible 5 minute experience. Yes it only took 5 minutes and the man not only had the parts but he gave me discounts and looked at my gun and helped me out extremely well. I whole heartily recommend coming here. He was very straight forward and packed with knowledge. Excellent shop with pretty much anything you would be looking for at incredible prices for it being retail and not an online store. Go to shop for now on 👍

People obviously don't understand how small business is, complaining about how he can't use a card for a $4 purchase when he would lose money on the product, or making up that he wanted $100 for a spring? Guys come on! Grow up! BY FAR THE BEST GUN SHOP IN OUR AREA HANDS DOWN!! shortages are what's making the selection smaller, also prices are driven up via demand not his decision, see you Mr. Hance again soon for another great purchase!

Had 9mm pistol with broken trigger return spring took into H&H gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful had my pistol fixed in no time very good price on repair will definitely use again for repairs and purchases nice clean gun store thank you very much Jim Phelps

I've been buying guns, ammo, and reloading supplies from here for 25 years. If they don't have what you want, they can usually order it. Prices better than most anywhere else, and it's convenient.

Great service. They did a great job installing night sights on my Glock. Very reasonable prices and great service. I highly recommend them.

I shop here over and over…… I have bought two firearms and tons of reloading supplies from this shop. If he doesn’t have what you are looking for, he will help you find it or order it for you. He has special ordered multiple items for me.

They are very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable of the products they sell. The store is organized and they stock a lot of great items. They also have reloading supplies. I highly recommend this store.

my friend and i were there tuday he bought a rifle and scope the gentleman mounted and boresighted it fer him quick and easy purchase fer him they got a little bit of everythang reloading supplies too and cheaper than bass pro i liked the shop the people there seemed nice ill go back fer the reloading supplies prices seemd on par with others and cheaper on sum thangs good gun shop

They were very good to us they had every thing that we needed and since we paid with cash they made us not have to pay tax. I highly recommend this store.
