Absolutely LOVE coming to this store! Very clean, and welcoming store. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! Jeff and Leah both are very helpful and great with getting your pool at exactly where it needs to be!💕🙌🏼🥳 They are very patient with questions and will do their best to educate you on the upkeep of the chemical balances and what to do if it get out of whack!

Amazing expertise! I first went to a well known pool supply in Sevierville on 411. They charged $15 for testing my pool water with little eye droppers and chemicals-and finally they said, “just drain your pool and refill it, we don’t know”- I went strait to Pool Boys, they used a computerized machine to test my water sample AND gave me the printout for $3.50….they said, ”You need this, this and that”….and what they sold me was less expensive then the big box stores! It’s worth the 30 min drive for me!

This place is great. As a new pool owner, they’ve been great to answer all of my questions. Jeff came out and did pool school with me, orienting me to all the equipment and how to properly care for the pool. I visit the store frequently to have my water tested. They always tell me exactly what I need without trying to sell me things I don’t. I appreciate the way they do business.

I have been purchasing pool supplies from The Water Store on several occasions over the last few years. The store is clean, well organized, and more than welcoming! They are always coming up with new innovative ideas and creative ways to provide superior and exceptional service to their customers since the day of opening! Anything you need for your pool from service to supplies are always readily available and stocked! The pool floats are beautiful and definitely the most unique I’ve seen by far!! The customer service is always highly knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend making The Water Store your home base for all of your pool needs!!

After having many problems with my pool after dealing with other pool places in Morristown, we decided to try pool boys a couple years ago. We have never been disappointed and they helped us get our pool right and I’ve not had problems since. This is the only place I come for chemicals, water testing or issues. They are the best in my book!

They helped me get my pool levels correct by testing the water and then telling me exactly how to get my levels ready to open!! It is so convenient for me and they are so nice!! Much more affordable than driving to Knoxville!! My pool is perfect now!!

We have been so pleased with this gem of a pool store. Who wants to drive to Knoxville when theres a great pool store right in Dandridge, and you can support a family business! Jeff and his pool boys have been opening and closing our pool for several years. They do a great job. They are quick, efficient, and don’t waste any time, which we appreciate. We would definitely recommend them.

I own a exterior cleaning business based out of Newport. I was in a pinch on a 2 jobs that involved a large amount of SH. I ran out during a normal workday. In a panic, i needed more SH for complete the work. All other stores are closed on the weekends. I left a message through their contact option...within 30 minutes i was contacted and informed that they do have what i need on hand! Great value too on the SH. Super fast response time and very helpful.....because of that, my customers where super blessed with our service because of The Water Store -- Pool Boys!

Great place. I’m new to opening a salt water pool and they took my water sample and had everything i needed. They provided step by step instructions . Very nice and personable husband and wife team. Thanks again

Jeff and his staff have been my go to company for six years. They open the pool in the Spring, maintain it all summer, and close it in the winter. They have replaced pumps, valves, and filters for me and have always been there when I needed them. I heartedly recommend them.

Jeff is always so nice and so helpful every time we come in. Hands down the best in the area. Thanks for helping us keep our pool clean. 🥰

The most important thing about running an office is customer service. I believe Carrie lacks professionalism. After reading prior reviews and comments on Dandridge Speaks Out & Sevierville Speaks Out, I may have her name wrong or they have hired yet another person who lacks customer service skills and personality! Yesterday she felt the need to argue about my complaint that when my pool was opened that it did not appear to be vacuumed. She informed me that “Pool Boys” were not responsible for anything that may have flew into my pool after the men left. I tried to explain that I could tell that it wasn’t even vacuumed at all. She requested that I send her proof (pictures) via text message. Before proof was sent, the owner (which was the person who came to open my pool) called and did tell me that they DID NOT vacuumed it out. He stated that he felt this may dirty my filter back up, since I had just soaked it and had it ready for summer. Our bill was over $400 for Pool Boys to come out and put my filter back into the pump, remove the plastic piece which they installed into the side of the pool, turn on the pump &gas and clean and salt cell. We removed the cover, we spent over 4 hours cleaning the pool and removed the antifreeze jug that was shoved into the filter box the day prior to them coming out. I understand that gas prices are high, finding good help is hard but after reviewing the video from pool side we are very disappointed in what they did and their prices. It cost less for them to come and clean & close our pool, put a cover on it, paid for chemicals, all of the accessories that were needed since our pool is only a year old to have it closed and it took more time. At closing we were told that opening it would not cost as much (bill was around $300 something). We also try to support small companies BUT I am truly disappointed in this one. I can’t count the comments I have already put on social media for people to use this company. They have lost our business and any future referrals.

My pool was cloudy green and could not keep it clean called the water store and first thing they asked was how old was the sand in filter. They came out replaced the sand and walked me through what I needed to do next. other pool stores just wanted to sell y you chemicals to try to clean it. Now my pool is clear and clean. I would highly recommend them

The best pool place in town the people are always willing to help you to get the best that you can get to keep your pool sparkling clear! The staff is very nice and helpful especially the manager, Jeff!

These guys are absolutely the best! Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and excited about the work they do! If you need water filtration (and I’m sure you do) then hit these guys up. You can even go into their store and test the different type of filtration systems to meet your needs and your taste!

We go to Pool Boys every Saturday to have our pool water checked. They are so knowledgeable about what to do with it always helpful.

This is a great place for pool and spa maintenance. Jeff helps us maintain our pool. He also helped me when I really let my hot tub get in a mess! He fixed it easily!!! Great for long term pool care, but also great at helping you maintain your pool if you want. Not a high pressure salesperson. He is just really there to help you get what you want!

I have always had a very positive experience with this vendor. They have always had everything I needed, and their advice was timely and applicable.
