AT&T Store

I like the kiosk bill payment centers. You don't have to wait an hour just to pay your phone bill. They are fast and easy to use. Simple and extremely easy to understand and extremely user friendly at all ages. Best tool they ever installed at AT&T! Thank you also to all of the friendly staff/employees there at the AK, diamond center mall location. You all are knowledgeable and awesome

Lui was outstanding! He communicated effectively with us, was professional and cordial, and I gotta say, this was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had in at least five years! The world needs more Luis out there. He has restored my faith in customer service!

Cody is an outstanding agent for AT&T. He has helped me and my family numerous times at AT&T. He is patient, knowledgeable and has a great attitude. He can work with anyone and knows what he is doing. He introduced me to Lui as someone who is good to go to if he is not at AT&T. I am so very thankful for these men. They know what they are doing and I appreciate that.

These guys were so very helpful, had an issue with a virus on the phone that took 5 hrs to fix (not thier fault), these guys were so awesome, great shoutout to the whole crew there, at one point I had 7 ppl at the table trying to help, extra props and much appreciation to Earl, he walked me through the process to fix and stuck with me the whole time! Cody & Loui, are officially my heros! They were wizards with my phone and saved my precious photos and apps from my inoperable device, to my new one. It was not an easy ask as I had no passwords memorized and am practically tech challenged. But they were both so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Again, huge thanks to them for their assistance!

Mr. Cody Tupper-Wilson helped us in a very difficult multi lingual situation in clearing up a problem with a Samsung phone. He was patient and courteous with us.

Daniel S. at the Dimond went above and beyond on customer service today to help an elder resolve access to her phone and download a needed app.

The diamond AT&T is great rep very helpful I would go there for service for my phone.

We went in later in the evening on a Friday and had to wait a while, which was expected. Legend was amazing to work with. He was patient, answered all of our questions and even though we were there until well past closing, he remained professional and friendly and didn’t make us feel like it was an imposition or rushed. He made sure we had everything we needed for the 3 new phones including cases, bases and screen protectors. He and a second employee, Cordell, who came over to assist even tolerated my husband’s corny dad jokes with good humor. Overall it was a great experience with AT&T.

I worked with Daniel two times in the store. He was very diligent with his immediate customer's and the business going on around him. I had a good idea of what I wanted and he was super fast with any questions I had ready to go. I feel he went above and beyond helping me upgrade my phone. I wanted to change up my plan and bundle other items. Daniel made the whole process fun and fast. I learned new things between personal and business plans. We had significant problems with AT&T regarding our new phones and were ready to switch to another provider, so went to the Dimond Mall location to return the phones. Fortunately, Cody T. assisted us, and did such a fantastic job with everything we needed we decided to stay with AT&T. He was patient and thorough, and went well above and beyond standard service.

Best service EVER!! Daniel Jones at the Dimond Store in Anchorage has gone above and beyond his for all his clients/customers at AT&T. He took care of my needs quickly and efficiently. He was very personable and yet very funny making my process eased and enjoyable. Thank you very much Daniel Jones, I hope everyone else is as awesome as an employee as Dsniel was for me. We were shopping for a new TV streaming service to replace our cable system. We got what we wanted without any hassle. We were helped by Nichole who was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. She didn't condescend to our questions, since we are new to this type of streaming service. Programming our boxes took about 1/2 hr, but it saved us doing that at home on our own and possibly struggling through the instructions. Home set up was easy and quick. We're only into it 3 days now, but so far service is going well and we're happy! Ask me again in a month!
