Tia is wonderful! We came in with several problems and were helped right away! She is fast, friendly, personable, knowledgeable and a fantastic asset.

Leonel was AMAZING! I am on vacation from Alaska, and a realtor that depends on my phone for work. We were waiting along with several other customers for the doors to open this morning. Leonel was the only one there when the store opened and he was professional, kind, and acknowledged all of us in line to let us know he would help us asap.

As busy as he was, Leonel still took the time to make sure I had the best plan for my family and educate me.

What could have been a miserable experience was okay due to the professionalism of Leonel. The management of this store should be grateful to have such a valuable team member. I have no doubt this would be a very different review had Leonel not remained calm and professional with a line of 7+ when the doors opened.

Tia is amazing and so helpful. Incredible customer service and a great human being. Went out of her way to help my situation which was a bit more complicated than most cases. What a relief to have had her help; I can’t recommend her enough.

We walked into the Davis, CA store Friday morning, Jan. 20, and were totally impressed by the friendly and customer-oriented employees working there. Tia helped us and she was outstanding in her knowledge and focus on customer satisfaction. She answered all of our questions as well as giving us her full attention. She was simply amazing and we were very satisfied with our purchase.

I have never appreciated a person more than Tia, the manager at the AT&T Davis on F street. I was so impressed with her charisma and knowledge on apple products and AT&T services! She helped me with the greatest deal on a phone plan and trade in I have ever had.

I haven't upgraded my phone or plan for almost 5 years. I hate dealing with Corporate phone service representatives tbh but that being said, Tia Nicole made my visit super easy. She was very friendly, professional, and has a good sense of humor.

At first I got a quote and just got a more modern plan (my plan was very old, as I stated above). Then I went around shopping and realized she was right. She gave me a better deal and was straight forward about it. I really appreciate people being upfront and honest and Tia Nicole was that representative for me. Thanks!

Not only did she greet meet me with a beautiful smile and a warm welcome, she spent 2 hours to work with replacing an uncooperative old carrier with a great plan for me with patient, efficient service (unlock my phone, get a transfer pin from other carrier and set up a plan). She is wonderful and a ROCKSTAR. AT&T is blessed to have her!! Thank you Tia!!

Tia Nicole was more more than awesome!! Knowledgeable, courteous and explained the steps in my purchase of my upgraded phone.
